A process that ensures I will be back every 3-4 months for my color. The color itself is good. On my most recent visit, however, I was surprised by the pricing. I only had my hair trimmed during the appointment, yet I was charged the full $65 haircut fee in addition to my color. Ellie mentioned that I shouldn't worry about the $65 fee since we would only trim Every Other visit, but it still felt a little unfair to pay the full haircut price for just a trim. Yes, Les Cheveaux is clean, bright and welcoming but to be perfectly honest, I would follow my stylist if she was cutting hair with a mirror propped up against the wall behind the Bashful Bandit. Niki has been cutting my hair for about 15 years when she took me from an ugly, shapeless style to chic and modern me.
