We wanted to get something pretty quick after doing some shopping decided to stop at Wienerschnitzel's store was very clean. Customer service was above and beyond the young lady that was working. The register was so sweet and very kind. Definitely made the experience that much better. Waited a little bit for our food. Everything was great! Wow I remembered this way better in the past .. the fries were good the sandwich was not good . I remember ordering the same sandwich and it had a pickle and sour Kraut .. not the case .. the milk shakes just sucked. Less like ice cream more like very sweet thick milk ! The staff One guy couldn't hardly put two words together.. my order was rescued by a young lady that finished it up ! When you're traveling and just need a great all beef hot dog, you can do a lot worse than visiting a local Wienerschnitzel. The quality seems pretty universal and familiar can be a good thing. I'm partial to their chili cheese dogs, with a little sprinkling of onions on them; major league comfort food. Safer that trying some home grown chili when on the road in more remote places; ask me how I know. We were treated well enough, I mean what do you want from a drive thru? The food is trash however I do use the wiener as a training mechanism for my service animal so he is aware of how to bite the wiener the ambience of this place was creepy. I felt as if I was going to be attacked by a hobo out of the bushes. read more

my guilty pleasure has always been wienerschnitzel and I have been coming to this location since I was a baby. I worked in fast food so i totally get how it is one of the most stressful and weighing jobs just because of how fast pase it is and some times you get a terrible customer. but about 7 out of 10 times, who ever is working the speaker always makes either snide remarks, gives attitude, and or just speeds through it and messes up the order and gets upset at the window. Don't get me wrong! there have been employees who are absolutely wonderful and I also get that people have their days and accidentally take it out on customers (i'm guilty of that) but I also always personally apologized if i came off rude. They don't at all, most of the time you can sense the judgment of the order, you can tell that they don't want to work there and for some reason it's my problem, or just don't want to work period. Like i get it! but dude, if you are clocking in everyday and really hate your job that much to where you are giving attitude the entire time you are in drive-thru then you don't deserve the job. read more

One star because you can't give zero. I grew up going to this chain all the time but this location is just terrible. Ordered a Texas dog with no onions. Got a dog loaded with onions. I handed it back and asked for extra bbq sauce. The woman said she didn't know if they have that, even though it comes on the texas dog (the old western dog but with onions) and charged me 43 cents. Got replacement dog with no onions that also had no bbq sauce and was ice cold. If you have childhood memories about great chilidogs and walking up to the A frame DO NOT go to this one. read more

Their customer service is ass both employees I dealt with had a stank ass attitude! They still had 40 minutes till closing and we're complaining about how the food was going to take 30 minutes to be ready and they were closing. I'm sorry but if you got a problem working till the end of your shift then don't work. Don't sigh when you gotta do your job and ignore me when I'm asking you something. I ordered 2 corned beef sandwiches and it came to $14...I said to the order taker, "wow! They better be good for that price." The meat was stringy and the bread got wet and fell apart. Alex was wearing her mask properly. The associate at the drive up window wore it around her neck!!!! When I asked her to put it on she only covered her mouth. When asked to cover her nose she did. As I looked through the window, I saw another male associate wasn't covering his nose either!!!! They need some basic training on customer and co-worker respect, health safety, and cleanliness. Hope the food preparers are more respectful and health conscious. read more

We decided to have Winerschnitzel for dinner because we had been busy all day. There is always a lot of confusion at this drive thru, so I decided to go in and order. I walked in and the only person there was the cook. He looked up and saw me and didn't say a word. It was about 5:30 PM and not only were there no cars in the parking lot, no one in the drive-thru and like I said, nobody in the store but me and the cook and he totally ignored me. I stood there at the counter credit card in hand and couldn't get a "welcome, Hello, I'll be right with you, nothing from the cook and nobody ever showed up to the counter, so we took our down the street to Burger King, we saved money compared to what we were going to have to work at Wienerschnitzel and we were able to use the drive-thru and had awesome service from the "King and his staff. It will be a long time before I'm going to stop at this store and spend my money! read more

I asked for the music to be turned down but I was told that the manager likes it that loud, I don't think their manager understands good business, it's the customers that spend money here they keep the lights and the doors and pays all the salaries and that is what should matter is what the customers want. read more

We love the weinerschnitzel in all locations, however, in bullhead city you get to experience the river dog! The river dog has jalapeños, cilantro and pico de gallo! Also, counter server was able to up sell us the 5 dog deal, good job ;-)! Best dogs I've had in awhile, can't wait to come back! read more

Visiting from Nv and since this is my dad's fav place to eat we decided to eat here. I has the all beef river dog and it was fresh and delish! We ordered tons of chili dogs and fries. Everything was perfect. Aside from the food being great the service was even better. The cashier (a young girl) clean and very sweet and professional. There was a young man delivering the food and he was just the same. I would recommend this establishment to any one wanting good fast food and friendly service. read more
