Food is good as always. However the girl working the counter (Alejandra) could work on her customer service. We showed up at 11am but realized they had just opened so we sat outside to give them a few minutes to get situated as chairs were still on tables and such. When we did go to the counter to order at 11:13am Alejandra seemed very annoyed that we were there. She kept cutting us off as we ordered and talked to us like we were stupid. Also while we got all of our food several other people who were there were missing items in theirs and Alejandra tried to argue with them about them instead of just making it right. The long awaited opening didn't come without new business growing pains, but with excellent food I'm sure they will succeed. The new king of wings in Cheyenne has been born! The busy lunch rush slammed the new business that was still learning how to handle the high high volume of orders. The team slowly pushed out orders but kept good quality in the food. After a 20 minute wait for my order I finally got to sit down in the small restaurant. The food was fantastic and was great quality! Definitely the best wing place in Cheyenne. Great flavors and accommodating staff I cant wait to go back for more. The food was just as I remember from home in Texas!! It was so good! Mind you when I went it wasn't busy but the service was really good, they were so kind & helpful! Gave me reassurance that indeed it was the same! Of course it's Wingstop the same atmosphere as a Wingstop in Texas! It was awesome being in there & getting the same flavor & discounts for wings! Restaurant is dirty. Food was not very good. Wont go again anytime soon. Staff wasn't friendly either.

Staff seemed annoyed when I walked in. I waited over 30 minutes to get my order and when I got home I saw that it was wrong and I was missing items that I paid for. I called the store and talked to Alejandra. She told me that that's what I ordered and proceeded to talk over me and argue with me the whole time. I asked for my receipt number and she told me she didn't have it, but told me what time my order was placed. She was lying and talking over me the entire time. When I asked to speak to a manager she laughed and told me she was the manager. I went back to the store to bring the food as instructed so I could get a refund. Alejandra had attitude with me right when I walked in. I tried to speak nicely and she was just not nice at all. I walked out of the store and she ran out and yelled f*** you at me. I went back in recording and said that's how the manager talks to people. Her and the other employees were sitting there laughing and as I walked out again she came to the window and flipped me off with both hands. That was the worst experience I have ever had. That is not how you talk to or treat customers. I was insulted and can't believe a company would hire someone like that as a manager. That is the worst customer experience I have ever had and I have been a lead and a supervisor myself, and would never talk to a customer that way. I will never go back. That place is horrible. Wing stop is new so it was pretty busy with take out orders and in house orders. The were slow but due to the volume of orders. The wings were average or below average size. The dry rubs are okay but little oily. Price was a little high for what you received. The chicken tenders were okay also but nothing special. read more

The food and service at this location was horrible..I preordered my order online and arrived when they said it was going to be ready and I still had to wait a half hour. I ordered Dry rub wings and they were so covered in oil you couldn't taste the dry rub and just oil. Completely inedible.. what a waste of money.. read more

I was going to give this place a try until I saw that they charge a surcharge for the meal above and beyond their menu prices. The surcharge is supposedly so they can afford good help. In my case they should have just charged higher prices because I'm not going to pay their surcharge. I'll never know if Wingstop serves good food or not on account of that surcharge. read more

I've never had Wingstop and since my son and I felt like wings tonight, ordered from here. I got 5 Mango Habanero and 5 Korean BBQ and my son got 5 mild and 5 original hot. Aside from the original hot bit have very much spice at all, the good was outstanding. My wife and I have a general rule of thumb, that if a place has above average ranch, it's probably got good food. The wings were amazing and the fries in the ranch were incredible. Solid Start. Very much enjoyed the food. Fries were perfectly crisp. Even being new there flow has been improved. I did not feel as though I waited too long given how large the rush was. I absolutely love Wingstop, it's my favorite place for wings! But this one in Cheyenne is new and they don't have their act together quite yet. I ordered on the app for it to be ready by 5:30, but when I arrived to pay they had received my order but hadn't even started making it yet. I can understand if places are busy, or if mistakes are made, but do you think I even got an apology or any assurance that my food would be made immediately.
