It was obviously they did not check the messages and after the approval, which went well, I showed up and was told they have a quick tire plug to do and my vehicle would be next. I was told I should be done within one hour. Over an hour later, I went to the front desk to inquire and was told my vehicle is coming in now. In short.. always delays. Been coming here for over 10 years with company vehicles and my last oil change scheduled for 1 PM was not completed till going on 4PM which I was waiting for at the time. No bargain on prices. Im pretty sure this is my last trip to PepBoys. Sorry guys you had way too many chances to make things right and it never happened.

Every time I go to Honda to get oil change, Honda says I need other services. I recently went to Honda dealership the other day for wheel alignment. They say I need to replace my rear brake pads. Which sounds about right because last time I replaced them was 3 years ago. Honda wanted to charge $399 to replace rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. I didn't bother to ask how much to get new rotors because I know they will add at least another $700 base on my previous experience with them. I call Auto City and he quoted me $400 for brakes and brand new rotors. Services I had here over the years: replace spark plugs, replace transmission oil, replace brake oil, replace coolant, replace drive belt, replace brakes and rotors, replace front wheel axle, check AC for freon leaks, and recharge the freon.

I discovered this issue today when I found oil spots in my driveway...one spot for each day since my service. I visited a sister store today closer to where I live where I was told that I would need to go back to the store that performed my service. I was also informed by the franchise I visited that if the bolt was cross threaded it would require the replacement of my oil pan. I'm hopeful this will be done by Jiffy Lube, if required. But, I had already checked my tires recently, and they were fine. Needless to say, I then took my car to my goto shop. It turned out that one of my brake calipers was leaking brake fluid and needed to be replaced. Ended up paying about 300 bucks total, as the brake caliper was still under warranty..
