I took it back in and they said it was going to cost me ANOTHER $1900 to fix the leak The mechanic said he never had seen a leak like this before. .Say what? What about the first time.? Aren't there UV dye kits to spot leaks.? Isn't this your job? Big Joe's got us in, not long before closing time. He scanned our computer, realized it was the alternator, not what we had done twice before. He couldn't get a new alternator that late in the day, so HE DROVE US TO A HOTEL, and actually picked us up the next day to go back to his shop. The last time, he told me I could pick up my car at 5 p.m. When I arrived at 5:30, I was informed the door was still apart, and I would need to wait another 20 minutes. At that point, the owner was already becoming aggressive and swore loudly when he saw me. I asked if the window was fixed, and he responded impatiently, saying he had already told me on the phone that he took the door apart, put it back, and it was now working. I asked if the issue would happen again, and he said it likely would. I pointed out that it wasn't fair to charge me since the problem wasn't fully resolved, and I had been told I would receive a call before any charges were made. The owner then walked up close to my face and said, "I'll let you go this time, but don't ever come back here again. I think you're a bitch." He then quickly reassembled the door in three minutes, dropped my keys at me while looking down on me, went back into the store, and shut the door behind him.
