I came in with a screw in my tire needing a plug after a terrible experience at Mavis Discount Tire, where I was told I needed four new tires and that my tire couldn't even be repaired. Unfortunately, that's the kind of experience I've come to expect as a woman going in for car service alone. This morning was the complete opposite. I brought my car to Tony, and it was on the lift right at 8:00 AM and finished by 8:26 AM. Turns out I needed two plugs, and Tony was honest and straightforward--he let me know my tires are about halfway through their life and suggested considering replacements toward the end of the summer. No pressure, just facts. And then the best part--Tony insisted the repair was on the house. It honestly felt like he knew I needed a positive experience this week. It completely turned my day around. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much, Tony and team! As for the review from Rick S below, that's nonsense, when I called I was told very clearly that they open at 7 but techs start at 8. Sounds like this guy has selective hearing! If everyone is raving about the place maybe you're the problem sir, Mavis might be a better option for you.

I told them no way & had them drop my car. My brother tried and says we need a good shop that isn't going to price gouge you. He recommend this place because they worked on my Moms and his car also. Needless to say I was accommodated quickly, treated with understanding and the work was done in nearly 2 hours with a MUCH more reasonable pricing. I left happy and felt finally safe driving in my jeep. Give these guys a call and you won't be dissatisfied. 10/10 and will be recommending them + going back for work there from here on out.

After evaluating my Ford I was told that there was a Technical Bulletin that came out from Ford several years ago. I am impressed that they did the research to evaluate my car. They told me I did NOT NEED A TRANSMISSION. I only needed an update on the vehicle computer. Here's the numbers. Ford wanted $3500 for a rebuilt transmission. A new transmission was $6000. Final cost at Scotty's $150 to evaluate $250 to upload the new software Total $400.00 Can't say enough good things about this place. Talk about trusting a Mecanic!!! It is ran by a wonderful local family that knows how to run a business and more importantly, fix cars. Their work is impeccable and their staff is very friendly and work with you to understand what they are doing to fix your car and are completely transparent with their prices. I don't want to ever use them, because if I do then there is something wrong with my car. However, if there is something I need done, at least I do not have to worry about being price gauged or have subpar work done on the repair.
