This was my first visit to a Jiffy Lube every as I was hesitant by all the general bad reviews. Let's start by saying that service was great. Justus and the team had good personalities, helpful and were is good spirits. My only complaints were the completion of all services as shown in the Signature Service and availability of all oil types. Pretty confident they did not check the tire pressure since my on board gauge for pressure was show as low and the driver side floor mat was still dirty thus no vacuum service. So I am not confident that all fluids were topped off. Also, seems like everyone gets hit up to replace their air filter but they don't not pressure you into that purchase. I was really glad to see people working again and not an under staffed COVID excuse. These are only reason for 3 stars but wanted it to be better for the $99 price tag. read more

My husband stopped at Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they were able to diagnose the issue and refer us to Firestone right down the street. After a small miracle the car was repaired at 3:00 on a Saturday and at 4:00 we are back on the road again. read more

These guys are more interested in turning away business and making excuses than taking care of customers. I arrived before 4:30 and although they close at 5PM the guy says to me I've got a car ahead of you and it takes 10-15 minutes per oil change. So starts turning me away I said great since you close at 5pm we are good and he says no our systems start shutting down at 4:30? This seems very odd I sure hope the owners are ok with this practice and policy set of turning away business. The good news I drove ten minutes away and this other oil change company gladly took my money and gave me service. I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated. One of the technicians recommended also changing my brake fluid. I agreed. I later found out that because my car was new, this did not need to be done. Worse was when they changed my brake fluid, the mechanics didn't put the undercarriage clips back. The undercarriage cover was hanging off and dragged on the ground. Poor workmanship! And I was sold a service I didn't need! I'm never going back to Jiffy Lube and telling everyone I know to avoid going there. read more

My wife and I visited this Jiffy Lube this past Saturday to get oil changes for our cars. We've used other Jiffy Lubes in the area for oil changes and other minor maintenance work and have had only good experiences so far. This visit seemed to be the same experience for us at first. We were greeted when we first arrived and my wife's Civic was taken in to the garage to be worked on right away. After a few minutes of waiting, she was called to the front to discuss specifics on the work to be done. One item of recommended work to get done that day, among others, was to get her transmission fluid changed. We were told it was at the mileage frequency to get it changed and that they recommended we get it done. Since we plan to keep the Civic for a long time we decided to trust them and to get it done. "Better safe than sorry, since it's "recommended."" We were told the cost would be $150, which we agreed to and then sat down. My wife's Civic was finished pretty quick and so was my car, which was worked on in the same stall as the Civic. We arrived and left the location within 34 minutes, which we thought was really quick (as other reviewers have mentioned). Once we left we both had a gut feeling something wasn't right about our visit. We were recommended to get a few other fluids and some filters changed. We moved forward with some of the recommendations (one of which was her transmission fluid) and decided to take more time to decide on the rest. We researched how often Honda recommended her specific year and model's transmission fluid to be changed and were shocked to learn it was more than double the mileage our Civic was at yesterday. We called my wife's father, who works on cars frequently, to get his opinion and he confirmed for us that we did not need to get it done this early. To be completely fair, my wife and I do not know what the jiffy lube staff saw Saturday. Maybe they heard a suspect sound or saw some dirty fluid and made recommendations based off that. We're not sure. What I do know is we feel like we were taken advantage of and we were recommended at least 1, if not more, unnecessary sets of work to be done to charge us more money. To conclude, we will be educating ourselves to prevent this from happening again, we will be more leery of getting service done, especially at Jiffy Lubes, and we will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Was very surprised to see the low rating at this location. My office is around the corner so usually comes to this location for my oil changes. The staff is always super/ almost overly friendly... You can definitely tell they are huge on customer service. Free coffee and water inside, oil changes come with a certificate for free car wash which is down the street. Good customer service, low wait times, free certificate for a car wash, not sure what else can want. read more

I have been coming to this location since I relocated to NJ. They are always very professional and kind. I was just in this Sunday and didn't realize until this morning that they vacuumed my drivers side rugs (they really needed it). I felt bad I didn't notice when I got in the car after the oil change because I would have said thank you and gave a tip. I'll take care of them next time. Great location read more

This place sucks!! These young clueless people working there are more interested in chatting with each other all day to the point that they can't even do their jobs. Went there for an oil change and they were so busy gathered around each other chatting, and trying to get you buy crap you don't need or want , that they can't even follow through on a basic oil change. They never turned off the alerts on the dashboard. Which one was tire check and oil light. I'm hesitant that they even changed the oil but I did see something going on there. And who sells a half qt of oil. I called them very next day and I was going to take it back for them to turn off the stupid alerts but I decided if they couldn't do it right the first time they will not get to do it again. Thank goodness autozone and other locations are nearby. They turned it off for me. And I will never use this location again. Like $45 for nonsense. No one has time for it. Don't even bother ... go to your local gas station or something, at least they care ... I had a lot of stuff in the car that day , and told them not to bother with trying to vacuum just do the windows. Well of course just before they pulled the car out they backed it back up because they forgot to vacuum. I told them , " hey don't bother vacuuming because you can't get to the floor just do the windows. Well that was never done either .... Just not a good experience. I used to use pep boys a lot and hadn't been their in years because of past drama there. But was driving by and there was no cars there so I decided to give it a shot to get a quick oil changes. I'll start by saying we are new to the area. My wife's car needed an oil change. I decided to take it to Jiffy since I remember them being pretty cheap. Yeah, I was wrong $38 to have the oil change. They claim to vacuum your car, what a terrible job they did. They did not even vacuum the back seats. Of course they try to sell you new filters and wipers. I'll take it to Midas or somewhere else for $19 for an oil change next time. I really don't need the car vacuumed or anything. read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service and down right offensive quality. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and leave to find that the bottom splash shield (casing underneath the car THEY remove to do oil change) is dragging on the the grown as I drive. Long story short I had to tie it up with a piece of rope I had on hand and when I brought it back to them I told 2 different technicians to please fix the casing that they failed to secure from my last oil change only to have them tell me uhhh its cracked sorry we can't do anything. So who is responsible? Oh and to the little automated Jiffy Lube response to all of the bad reviews on here that say "Sorry to hear about this please email us at." etc. etc. I already emailed your company WEEKS ago and got no response. Just further proves they don't care about their work or you as a customer do yourself a favor go anywhere else. Tiresplus, Walmart, Pepboys. Jiffylube your company is trash, your work is bad and you should feel bad! The service is very good here and I always leave satisfied. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube #160 on Lenola Rd. The staff are very friendly and if you can adjust your time to get there when it is not busy you can get out in less than 15 minutes. Keep in mind during lunch it will be very crowded. read more
