I was waiting for my car and the manager and Dan came out and asked me if I was here for a top off or an oil change and I said an oil change and they honestly told me that I had 60% oil life remaining and that I really didn't need an oil change unless I wanted one. Nowadays, they're aren't too many places you can go where they're totally honest with you. They didn't have to tell me that they could've just changed my oil I am very impressed with this location and will continue to go there and Dan is always pleasant and accommodating. Now when I tried to submit, it's said that promotion is for the purchase of a full set of tires, quantity 4. Per the information received, 3 tires would not qualify for this offer. unfortunately, I think their store rep deceived me and gave me wrong information. Also, as I was sitting and waiting, I felt person doing sales are little hard on customer and gave information in bits and pieces so to confuse customer and so do sales to help store and not customer.

I went there and told them I needed a new tire. The nice gentleman at the counter asked to look at it, and turns out it's superficial, tire is fine. Any other place would just replace it and try to sell me 3 more! My dad once got a crazy estimate on his car and we brought it to American auto. He didn't need half the work and the price was less than 1/3 of the quote he had gotten. I very highly recommend them. They play the long game in business and are not out for the quick buck. Hence they have the loyalty of our entire family! Again, highly recommend them!

Your choice really is to either pay for the diagnostic or pay them for the parts and labor. You don't know what the parts and labor are going to cost and even if you can't afford it, they will still charge you for the diagnostic. I don't think I will ever use them again and don't recommend them.

And the only reason they are being changed is because one of the tires have a bubble in it. And I'm not one to replace 1 or 2 tires kinda guy. I got to do all 4. They don't have the exact same tires. But they have 4 that's a step up on quietness and comfort. So for a couple extra dollars. It works for me. It's a tire joint so I don't expect super clean sitting area. But the waiting room will do to keep our the cold. I like that they are thorough in the job they do. They back their work and they got very good prices. They sell custom rims alone and sets rims & tires. What is not in stick can be ordered in few days. Definitely I'm keeping this place as my tire shop

I called the shop To report the issue and was told it was sold in as is condition and there was no express or implied guarantee. I was led to believe the tire was in good shape and was checked out before listing online . They accused the shop I took it too to have it installed on damaging it .
