This morning I called here worried about my wind shield wipers to schedule for Friday. The manager Eddie heard the panic in my voice and made room for me to come in today, to avoid possible rain before Friday and I'm glad I did. Eddie was compassionate, honest and did not haggle me for anything "extra" to be done, which was a relief as a lady thats been haggled by mechanics before. My wipers were changed within 15 minutes and the young man that did the service was A-1! Also, the value and cost was fantastic and the wipers are working great. Beware of this business I should have known who I was dealing with when I came in. I saw a mechanic exaggerating the issues a girl had with her car. I felt bad for the poor girl. I asked for my compressor to be repaired but they insisted on doing a recharge. I didn't need a recharge. You can do a recharge yourself with a $50 AC Recharge can from Autozone. I ended up having to pay $220+ to not have my problem solved. I feel like they knew what they were doing. A mechanic should have been able to look under the hood and tell that compressor is broken and I need a new one. It was closing time, and they wanted a quick buck so they did an unnecessary recharge. These people have no morals. They will upsell, sweet talk and take advantage in any way possible. Avoid this mechanic at all cost. Lesson learned. read more

I take back what I said in an earlier review about the staff here being courteous. After they totally screwed up my car and forced me to spend hundreds of dollars at my dealership to fix the damage they caused to my car, they refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes and put the onus on me. Not only are they incompetent at car repairs, their customer service model absolutely rots to high heaven. First let me start by saying I deliver boxes using my personal vehicle for a living. I have two kids and every dollar counts. I was delivering to a hour near by popped a tire on a cornered sewage drain.. I jacked the car up to get the spare on but one of the lug nuts was stripped beyond use so really I didn't know what to do. I saw there was an autozone about a mile away that carried the tools I would need to get the lug off so I headed in that direction. While walking I noticed this Midas location and stopped in to explain. Even though they were SLAMMED with customers the manager and staff were dedicated to helping get me back on the road. After getting the car to the shop and picking up some things to prevent this from happening again the manager & staff not only came out to help but they guided me step by step how to do it myself for the future. I am overly grateful for this crew because not only was I able to finish my delivery route and make it back to pick up my sons on time but I left with a valuable knowledge that will help me in the future for sure. 10/10 would recommend. I forgot why I never go to this shop. I used to come here regularly but got tired of overpaying so it'd been a few years. Took my vehicle in for a simple job. Just mount 5 new tires. It took over 5 hours to mount and balance 5 tires! I wasted a day off waiting for something that should have taken a lot less time. The best part is that they broke one of the TPMS sensors when changing one of the tires. They claimed it 'fell off' when they removed the tire. I had no issues at all with my TPMS before taking the vehicle in. They wanted me to pay $120 to replace the TPMS. I just wanted to get out of there. So now, I have one broken TPMS sensor, a flashing dashboard light and lost a day off. Will NEVER GO BACK. Lesson learned. read more

He knows cars, parts and he is very professional. I wasted a lot time and money at Dealer service centers that cheated me and did not know what they were doing. DISAPPOINTED. We are new to this area. We know the car needed work, but the main issue was the alternator. Midas fix alot of stuff, but not that. We were told some mechanic talk as to why it had to go to the dealer. What we should have been told, was the car was not save to drive. We didn't even make it home, before we had to call for a tow truck to come. VERY BAD service to give to someone when their husband is deployed. We will not be using them again. read more
