hi I yesterday bought 3 tires from store 017973 and invoice 291387. In store, when I called (there system says they record each call) person told me tire cost $220. At store he sold me for $264 after they being installed. I wish he gave me temp invoice. At phone, he told me rebate of $170. At store, he reduced this to $70 . Now when I tried to submit, it's said that promotion is for the purchase of a full set of tires, quantity 4. Per the information received, 3 tires would not qualify for this offer. unfortunately, I think their store rep deceived me and gave me wrong information. Also, as I was sitting and waiting, I felt person doing sales are little hard on customer and gave information in bits and pieces so to confuse customer and so do sales to help store and not customer. read more

Happy Tuesday Adventurers! This place is probably one of the most decent sites to have your car fixed for variety of items. Everyone has always been nice and I've been coming here for over 10 years. Granted I am sure that everyone has different experiences or expectations but this for the most part has been within reasonable pricing and timing. I would suggest coming here early or scheduling an appointment because it can take up to two hours depending on what needs to be done. But this seems to be the standard and common sense with regard as to when getting any auto repair. The guys always try to get the best pricing and use whatever coupons are available which is great. Good service . Solved the a/c & hard running issues at moderate cost and competently done . One complaint inside of truck was left filthy with greasy finger/ footprints all over drivers side. I would have rated 4 star except for that. It's hard for me to imagine that the site manager doesn't inspect every car the technicians work on when it's finished. So as an update I did contact the 'social care.com 'address as Firestone responded. Nothing. I got a flat tire while I was parked nearby. I realized I was not going to make it the whole way home on the Turnpike on my "donut" so I stopped in to see if they could fix my tire. This is a convenient location as it is right next to Woodbridge Center mall so you can walk over there to pass the time while your car is being serviced. The service advisor was friendly and said they could bring me right in. While I think that was a little bit of an exaggeration, I was impressed that they got me in and out in less than 90 minutes with no appointment. As promised, the patch was less than $25. As an added bonus, the technician even fully repacked my spare tire, jack, and accessories in my trunk for me. Great job! read more

Brought 3 new tires... end up paying a lot for these premium tires. 14 days later one of them goes flat. Come to find out there's a very slow leak. A small cut (almost the size of a paper cut) near rim of the tire. No evidence showing tire hit a curve or have any scratches around the area. Took it to Firestone Woodbridge, NJ where I brought the tire and they said there's nothing they can do and that I should have brought the protection plan. That's it. They didn't even try to think of a way to help me. Not even giving me some sort of a pro-rate on a new tire. Unbelievable. Never again will I do business here. They have no heart. This is a good shop to bring your car to. My experience was great. After going to Meineke they tried to take advantage of me. I came to Firestone of Woodbridge NJ. Eddie and Anthony were great! They were kind and didn't waste my time. They told me straight up what was going on with my Altima and didn't beat around the bush. They helped me with cost and Eddie helped me sign up for a Credit Card. Scheduled an appt online night before and called in the morn to confirm only to to get it rescheduled next morning. Fine. Went there 25 min early to drop off keys and walk to the mall to wait for car, was advised it would take 1.5 hrs. Fine. 1.5 hrs later I didn't receive a callback so I called to request status. Had me on hold for 2 min to advise, sorry, they didn't get to it yet. CSR apologized and said he was new, just covering, and they were short staffed. Not fine. THEY DIDN'T EVEN START ON THE CAR?! Utter lack of communication and failure to inform customer. Thanks for wasting my time. Less than 10 min drive to Valvoline in Edison/Menlo Park and got service resolved in 20 min and even changed my air filter due to their recommendation and awesome service. Save yourself some time and do the same. Woodbridge Firestone was an utter disappointment with no foresight to say, "hey, I'm sorry, I don't think we'll be able to get to you today due to staff shortage." Really, it's that simple. So after getting a few quotes for a set of new tires and still not coming to a decision since August, I happened upon this place because I had to go to Boscovs across the street. I walked into this store 1.50 hours before closing and "Ed" helped me with the barrage of questions I had. He was extremely professional and non-pressure about the different types of tires I needed. I have a 2003 Honda Pilot which I plan on keeping for some time ( because who needs car payments right now) and besides I'm not having major issues with this vehicle. So I told him,let me go home to "think" about what I want to do. As soon as I came home and looked over my others quotes Firestone was the place for me. I called that night and got appointment the next morning for my new set of wheels. Soooo happy I did because my original tires from 2009 to say the least was at zero . No one likes having to pay for car repairs. Our dislike grows when the problem is bigger than we expected and an repair experience can go down hill quickly when unexpected things happen. Just spent two hours hear just to get a new car battery. They placed a lower model in my car which I luckily was able to realize since I picked it out online. Not sure if they were pulling a fast one on me or if it was an honest mistake but Frank, the service manager, never apologized once despite the fact that I had driven home and back. I initially bought tires from tirebuyer.com and sent the tires to this car shop for installation. I had one special request, which was to install the tires on a new set of wheels and also to transfer the old TPMS sensors to the new wheels. On top of that I added an oil change while I was there. When everything was done, the car felt great. The wheels were perfectly balanced and the tires were amazing. Also, the new oil made my engine run as it would with an oil change. However, 2 things happened. A couple of days later, I found out that there was engine oil leaking somewhere, since I noticed a pool of oil in my garage. I took a look and apparently it was spewing out from the top of the engine where the oil filler cap is. I took a look at the cap and voila! The rubber gasket was missing. Somehow they lost it and engine oil was spewing out of it. I lost at least half a quart of oil and its all over the engine. Its been around 4 weeks since that happened and I still smell the engine oil burning from the vents. I went to the nearest autozone and bought a replacement cap for 4$ and fixed the issue myself. (I would've gone back but I commute an hour to the city for work. I needed it fixed immediately) Second, the Tire pressure sensors came on. At the time, I was shocked on why it would come on since the wheels AND tires were new. I checked the tire pressure on all wheels and apparently, they were leaking air. Slowly but surely. I didn't know why, so I brought it back to the car shop as soon as I can during the weekend and let them know what happened. They took a look at my car and fixed everything without question. Apparently, my old tire pressure sensors were all damaged and it was the cause of the leaking air. Maybe it was damaged during the installation? I don't know. All I know is that they didn't accuse me of anything or try to rip me off by charging me things I didn't need. They just fixed it and replaced the TMPS with NEW ones. New ones that would have cost me an arm and a leg, so I thank the car shop for that. Even through all the trouble I went through, I would still recommend this place to anyone. I mean you can find a million car shops now a days that do the same exact thing and all of them WILL make mistakes, but I can tell you that not all of them will own up to it. This place surprisingly does, and it has earned my trust. It definitely shows that customer satisfaction is their number 1 priority. Go there and check it out. (I would have given it 5 stars if the oil thing didn't happen. I still smell the burning oil unfortunately.) read more

After the car is ready and I am ready to make the payment-I showed the coupon for $10 off for oil change and Andrew told me that he told me $27.49 is already the coupon price. Andrew did not told me that the oil change $27.49 was the coupon price during our phone conversation. This is an unethical business practice and will reported to BBB. read more

My car brakes started to make noise decided it was time to change my brakes. Dropped my car off for new brakes. Picked my car up and car drifts hard to one side and when I brake the whole shakes all this were new problem that didn't exit until I dropped my car off. Went back they said my they needed to do new alignment. Picked up my car same problems. Went to local mechanic shop he said my new rotors they Firestone put on were out of spec and they loosen the struts. Got another new rotors and tighten the struts everything was fine. read more

I am giving this place 1 star because I went in on what looked like a dead day (not a weekend) with hardly any cars in the lot and not 1 customer in sight inside and the gentleman I spoke to told me I would need to leave my car there all day for an oil change. It was roughly 11:30am and he said I wouldn't have my car back until close to closing time because they were busy. I've never heard such nonsense which is why I turned around and walked out. I worked as a mechanic for 15 years and currently own a business that no longer allots me the time to work on my own car anymore, given these 2 factors I really don't trust most mechanics and know when I'm being fed bs, these guys are the only mechanics I trust, yes sometimes they take a while, yet people should understand that good work done with pride does take more time than just pushing jobs through, plus your this place is a walk across the parking lot to the mall. Firestone Woodbridge, did not diagnose the problem. Reported problem not addressed. Problem continue to remain the same. Instead charged $270 for brakes, which was not a problem and not an issue. When enquired the sales/mechanic say, the engine might be a problem. Pure ripoff. The only purpose of these guys is to get money. they threaten the customer that, if the non problem, brakes is not fixed, the car should not be driven and they report tot the police. Useless junkies after customers money, without logic or reason. These kind of guys repair shops should be taken to task by the NJ Consumer forum and brought to justice. read more

hello, i just got all 4 of my tires done there, the guy was awesome at helping me pick out tires! i went to go pick my car and i watched one of the service guys drive fast around the parking into a spot, parking so close to a mini van which i was mad about because that was not there car but i let it go after i left i started cleaning my rims because they were dirty, well i am missing one of my tire caps on my car and my front rim is all scuffed up like someone was handling the rim poorly. i keep my car in excellent condition and to see my rim on messed up makes me angry because i thought they did a great job too. i will most likely not return back here because i don't want my car getting scuffed up anymore. read more
