Went to this shop, the guy at the counter told me that he didn't know if he had a tire for my truck, he told me to drive my car around the back of the shop and they will assist me with getting a tire. When I drove around the back, there was no attendant there to assist, so I walked up to ask for help. As i asked for help the two white men continued to ignore me. I spoke up thinking maybe it was my low tone. The white guy (mechanic)asked what I needed standing 50ft away from me, I asked if he could come to me because I didn't want to scream across the room, while asking him something due to the noise in the shop. He proceeds to walk towards me as if he was coming to help then turns around and says I'm busy and walks away, ignoring me. The other employees looked at me and laughed, as if they really thought he did something. I walked to the front to advise the guy that initially told me to go to back of what happened, and he says "well it's time for lunch". I immediately left the shop with my tires shredded in pieces, and took my service down the street to Salgado tires, where they handled me with respect, care, took care of my tire In a timely manner!! I will never go back and do not recommend anyone to go to this shithole of a place. They have cars sitting outside that haven't been worked on in years. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Luke was my service rep and he was courteous and professional. Highly recommend B & P Tire & Automotive for maintenance work. The car they serviced for me is a 2017 Honda HRV. They do have a sitting area but not conducive to working on a Laptop. I was informed that they are currently remodeling their waiting room. Currently it may be easier to drop off the car if you have pressing work to complete while they work on your car. But you're coming for car care not work and the staff here truly deliver their service with a smile and a job well done.

Apparently, the alignment machine they use is one of the best on the market, as they do focus on the sport car community; however, I did see a few non-sport cars in the bay as well. After a month, and a drive across the East coast, my car drives like it did the first day I purchased it off of the lot! The prices as fair, they offer financing, they're customer- oriented, and they're locally owned (which I appreciate and like to support). They never checked to fluids but gave me an estimate for nearly $2,000 for 2 fluid changes: differential and transmission. It was a wasted morning.
