This place is absolutely amazing. I had my son's birthday party there this past Saturday and everything was as perfect as can be. I'm a little extra so I had some extra activities planned and they accommodated me and carried everything out perfectly. Everyone in the staff was very helpful and courteous and professional I couldn't have asked for better hosts. All the guests kids and adults alike had a great time and were really impressed by the staff and the venue. It's the perfect place to have a kids party.

I was pleasantly surprised at the birthday party I attended here. I didn't know it is an exclusive place for only the party guest. I really liked that especially with COVID still going on. This was by far the coolest kids party I have EVER been to. There was something for every age group. The massage chairs massaged from the bottom of your feet to your head. LOVED IT! The games OMG lasers, bounce house, slides, balls, virtual area game room. Everything was just great! To top it off the staff was excellent. Conversations with Nida about the hiring process. Watching Diana interact with the little kids in my family was just superb! They were all just amazing "Adam at laser tag, Teyah floating around making sure everything and everyone was good, and Jenna. Just really great staff. I'm sorry I couldn't get all their names but if they worked my nephew party Saturday 6:30-9-30 please know they ALL did a phenomenal job. If I could complain about anything it would be parking. There's only street parking. Some is metered but I called in advance and was told I could find parking on Avenue S or T. I got the heads up and had no trouble parking. I HIGHLY Recommend this location for a kids party.

I meant to leave this review awhile ago excuse me for it being late! But I had my daughters party here on June 1st I did the big package where the kids can be on both floors because the bottom level has games for an older crowd. They FAR exceeded my expectations from walking in the door every need was met! From the youngest to the oldest there was honestly something for everyone to do! Honestly I still have people telling me it was the best party they've been to and the fact that it was a private setting and you didn't have to worry about things going missing or wondering where your child is very nice overall price is definitely steep but worth it

As soon as my son and I walked in, we were met with friendly, smiling faces and lots of energy. I got excited lol even though he was the one who would have all of the fun. The House of Fun is huge, which is perfect for the seven bouncy houses, ball pit, magic show, and face painting. Refreshments are also available but he was not going to slow down long enough to refuel or rehydrate. Bonus points for the beautiful, comfy, colorful couches for parents to relax and enjoy the free Wi-Fi. SOLID INDOOR PLAY PLACE FOR PRESCHOOLERS…read more It's a cool space for kids to burn off some energy when the weather outdoors is less than ideal. We lucked up and got parking right in front. The entry price of $15 for a child and adult was on par what they offered (ie small ball pit, padded jungle gym, arcade). We went on a hot summer weekend with 2 kids and 3 adults. Though they were hosting a birthday party, the place was not packed at all. The toddler area was for babies and the arcade ended up being the highlight for my group. The kids both age 3 enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Wish that I had read the rave reviews about the food before I went; might return to try the food. It doesn't take much to entertain a preschooler so stop by especially if you are looking to avoid the chaos of the bigger, more popular indoor spots.

The arcade is additional cost compare to admission to the soft play area. My daughter love climbing the soft play area and going down the slides. She also loves the ride and the ticketed games. The food here although pricey is relatively very good. Russian/ Mediterranean inspired food choices along with American fast food flare. I recommend this place for the kids. On weekdays, the play card is double the value, recommend to buy on weekdays. The place does get very overcrowded and busy on weekends. The location of the place is under an alley bridge way, which might be a little sketchy at night time. Security wise, I do recommend, you do not leave your child unattended. The do not have the best security service. The establishment loses one star for their security protocol. I feel the establish can do better to make parents feel more at ease. But of course it's always the parents job to watch and oversee their kids while they play.

I do think the parents who attended with their child are pretty diligent. Within an hour of us there almost all the toys had been disorganized and it can be pretty chaotic. We paid $25 for 1.5hour which I thought was reasonable for the area. They have a section for the strollers, a restroom, and a place to buy snacks. My…read moreconcern is a business relying so heavily on young, inexperienced employees that mediocre service, okay management, and a lack of professionalism feel standard. I saw numerous very young-looking employees, including teenagers, throughout the space, and the atmosphere felt noticeably unprofessional. One girl at the register appeared extremely young. I considered asking her age but did not want to embarrass or shame her over something that was not her fault, so I assumed she was related to the owners or otherwise connected to the business. I do not blame children or teenagers for being inexperienced. Responsibility lies with the adults who hire, train, supervise, and manage them. It was also astonishing that staff apparently assumed I could not understand them because I was not speaking their language. I am fully Albanian and understood exactly what was being said. I have no issue with them speaking Albanian and absolutely do not think they should stop. They simply need to watch what they say around customers because they never know who understands them. That applies from the youngest employee to the owners. Professionalism should not disappear because you assume a customer cannot understand you. Most disturbing was what happened to my three-year-old son. He was cornered by about five children and repeatedly bothered to the point I considered it harassment. One child even asked to see my three-year-old son's underwear. That is wildly inappropriate and disturbing. He is a toddler and should be able to enter a children's business without being surrounded, intimidated, made uncomfortable, or asked invasive questions about his clothing or body. Children will be children, which is exactly why competent supervision should exist. If several children can corner and continue bothering a three-year-old like this, who exactly is watching the play area? Parents pay with the reasonable expectation that the environment is supervised enough for children, especially the youngest, to play safely and comfortably. I was also concerned by what appears to be a broader pattern of complaints involving racism and homophobia associated with this playspace. I have heard mothers discuss these concerns and seen past Google reviews raising similar issues. To be fair, I will not label an entire business racist or homophobic based solely on secondhand conversations or other people's reviews. However, during my own visit, I personally noticed behavior from a few younger employees that I felt implied racial prejudice, making previous complaints much harder to dismiss. I cannot verify every allegation ever made about this business and will not pretend I can. I can only speak to what I witnessed, and it was enough to make me question the culture and level of professionalism being tolerated. I also worry about what would happen in a genuinely serious situation. In a space that struck me as heavily staffed by very young, inexperienced, and sometimes unprofessional employees, I question how effectively an emergency, conflict, or serious incident involving a child would be handled. Hopefully that never happens, but a children's space must be prepared for it. A lack of maturity, supervision, or professionalism may seem merely irritating during a normal visit, but in a serious situation it could have much greater consequences. That is why the atmosphere I witnessed should not be brushed off as harmless. Although my visit was a couple of months ago, I wanted to share it so other parents can make the correct judgment about whether this playspace is right for them and their children.
