I am the parent that became a victim of the bad weather conditions with my kid's party Its snowed so hard that we had friends with kids not being able to make it to attend the party There was zero vIzibility Nor just the owners were helpful,understanding and accommodating to our situation but they were able to reschedule the party for us which they didn't have to do because it is not part of their cancellation policy. By policy we should have cancelled the party many days before in advance , Nor that we were able to save our deposit we had rescheduled the party and held the party in the few weeks! They are very popular kids place and get booked very fast so the owners and hostess went an extra mile to squeeze us and give us a weekend availability Also I admire how professionally trained and helpful the members of their team are with kids They got communication going 24/7 during the party Their surveillance and communication technology is a top notch! We had over 16 kids different ages and 22 adults and they kept an eye and accommodated every guest and every child Also to their best compliment it is unfortunate for me that my baby girl is autistic and they had an experienced member of the staff attached to her at the whole time! She went on top of the gym and down everywhere with Ashley just like a regular kid and we didn't feel any difference as parents! Also I admired on how sparkle clean the place is and how they keep it sparkle clean! One can literally eat off the floor and I mean it Also their host Natalya that we dealt with daily was very accommodating professional and understanding just as the owner so big Kudos to all of them for excellent service! For years, I've had my youngest son's birthday parties at his school and then followed the celebration with a special birthday dinner. This year, he asked me if he could have his own birthday party, and I agreed. Since he was entering into the "double digits" and turning 10, I knew his birthday had to be EPIC! I searched TONS of options (i.e. BounceU, Dave-n-Busters, etc.), but none of the locations offered sufficient attractions & services for the price. Though the cost was more than I expected to pay for a 10 year old party, I could not ignore how much Max Adventures offered for the price. The friendly, professional staff made booking my son's party a breeze! The day of the party was beyond amazing! I was dealing with an injured foot on the day of the party and wasn't sure how I was going to manage. The staff at Max Adventures handled E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G! All my family and I had to do was show up, and they managed the rest!!! Talk about a happy mom! The staff set up everything, handled & distributed the food, cut the cake, kept the kids engaged in multiple activities, sang and danced with the guests, and cleaned up afterward. Our guests were extremely pleased & my son's friends said his party was the best they'd ever attended. Max Adventures is definitely worth every dollar! We celebrates 8th birthday if our son. As soon as I started booking the party I realized this place is different from any other party places we have seen before. Stuff was in touch with me regarding all the details. Always friendly and professional. Kids loved the party as there was a lot to do. It's a very well organized space and it was ready for us on time. I felt like there are so many attendants to make sure kids are having a good time that I could just relax, have coffee, and chat with fellow parents. After 1 hour party we were moved downstairs where adults had some food we have ordered ( all served and organized for is already) and kids had pizza ( that arrived on time) and cake ( that was not oversized so nobody complained about too much sugar for kids) Parents loved it because they had a space to chat and have a snack, kids were busy with all kind is high tech things provided for them. This is not a cheap place and be expected to get charges for beverage , for food you serve for adults ( you still provide the food but there is a charge for that), etc. But comparing to other places where you need to coordinate food, cake , activities etc., this was so relaxing! We had 17 kids and around 20 adults. If you have active kids, especially boys in love with modern technology - this place is a gem! read more

I want to share an awesome experience that I had with Max Adventures!!! My son who turned 11 saw the add of that party place. He said it was a new place and he wants to celebrate his birthday only there! I called them and spoke with the owner of the place, he suggested to come and see what they have to offer and of course the packages and the price. It's a good thing that I went there. When I came it was nothing comparing to the pictures! It was so colorful, new and unusual that I wanted to stay there and play myself! The place is so unique, it worth every penny that I spend! Also I have to mention "Laser Maze" and "Wax hands", it's so cool and new that all the guests were amazed! Comparing to other party places and their price list, Max Adventures has very reasonable and affordable packages, plus they have something that other places don't! We had our son's second birthday in a brand new place on Flatbush AV - Max Adventures. We went to many places but the variety of activities that Max Adventures provide none of those had!!!! This place is great for all ages. Older kids loved laser maze,soft play gym and this new,amazing attraction -wax hands. The younger ones were going crazy about gaga ball arena and toddler play. The theme for my sons birthday was bubbles,so we invited a person who made a great performance,the staff was so helpful they provided her with all necessities for the show,and were around all the time to help with kids. The party was glow in dark with all glow utensils and accessories. So much fun:painting,dancing,singing. I was very surprised that not only children but parents were involved as well. Every person who attended our son's birthday enjoyed every second of it. Especially I want to say a big thank you to the staff of Max Adventures. They are friendly,welcoming and efficient. My daughter had her 6th birthday party here, and she absolutely loved it. I asked the manager, I believe her name was Nida, to take a special care of my niece who is a specials needs kid, and the staff took an amazing care of her. She can be difficult to handle, and I was shocked to see how during the party everything went very smoothly. The theme of this birthday party was Frozen, and the staff did everything that I wanted them to do. They had an Elsa character, and they played the frozen theme song when my kid walked into to the party room. Downstairs, there was a gaming room, and all the kids enjoyed their time playing fort nite and the other game that I'm not really familiar with #aging. Everything was on time, and I can't wait to come back here again. I definitely recommend to tip the staff because they honesty did such a great job at controlling my crazy family!!! I tried to book a party for my sons 7th birthday. I called and spoke to the owner who gave me an outrageous price of $750 for 16 kids which is a base package which includes nothing but ice cream cake $60 and pizza for the kids $50. On top of that they wanted to charge me a $150 fee to bring my OWN food in for the adults. I tried to explain to him that I will pay for the kids birthday because my son really wanted to have it there but I would like him to remove the $150 "nayobka" fee for the "cleanup" of the sandwich wrappers that I was going to bring for the adults. He refused. My son heard me on the phone and wanted to know why he cant have his birthday there. I guess this was the perfect lesson to teach my son what the word "THIEF" means. Munchkin I said, the people who own that place want to steal money from daddy. Tell all your friends! I wonder if that $150 nayobka fee is worth it. Enoy! read more

I recently visited Max Adventures with my kids and they had an incredible time. In fact such a great time that they asked me to take them there every week. They absolutely loved the glow in the dark dance floor, accompanied by the bubbles. Then they raved about the laser maze in which they were able to chop/break the lasers. Max Adventures is such a great unique party place. Unfortunately, in Brooklyn it is very hard to find a party place for kids that is clean and safe. Max Adventures encompasses all of these qualities and so much more! They are unique, clean, safe, new, fun and the list continues. I would like to personally thank the owners for going above and beyond my expectations and for giving my children an unforgettable experience. OMG!!!!!! I love max adventures and recommend you guys come here and have your child's birthday here. All of the staff were amazing, they took careful consideration of taking care of all of my needs to make my baby girls birthday amazing . I had a big party and booked the grand luxe; the coffee was very good. I gotta say it was nice to sit down relax and enjoy the coffee while my child plays. My guests enjoyed the massage chairs and coffee too. All of the staff were very caring and fun to be around. The games the host played kept my child and her friends and let's not forget about the parents entertained and very happy. My baby girl loved the characters that came out. I never write reviews but I had to for this newly built hidden gem in Brooklyn. Let me start by saying that we had 2 weeks and my son's first birthday was quickly approaching. We still hadn't pick a place to celebrate it. We took a tour and didn't think twice! Alex and his staff are the epitome of professionalism! From the moment you arrive they don't allow you to do anything BUT enjoy yourself. They take care of the little knick knacks that would otherwise distract you from entertaining. They literally grabbed all of our bags and said "go, we got this!" They were really attentive to everyone and was constantly asking if we needed anything. Everyone had a blast and my family enjoyed being treated like family by Alex and Max Advetnures! I highly recommend this establishment! Absolutely loved this place !!!!! I just had my sons 5th birthday party here and this place was amazing ! We chose the glow in the dark party package and it was very cool, the kids and adults loved it! The party helpers interacted with the children the whole party. The kids loved the place and had a ball. I also got the laser maze room with my sons party package and the kids and adults loved this!! It's very cool and the guests are able to watch their children or the adults in the room. The place is extremely clean and still like new! I must add again that the party helpers were amazing! We just celebrated our son's birthday here and are blown away by the level of service we received. We picked Max adventures because they had a lot of activities to offer for kids (and adults) of different ages. What sets them apart from others beyond their facility is great staff and attention to every little detail, we didn't have to worry about anything. Their exceptionally warm and caring staff go above and beyond. In the pay area they engage every child and help them enjoy every activity. When they cake was brought out one of the girls on staff offered to take the video camera out of my hands so I can be next to my son, which was amazing....these are just a few examples. I recently had my daughter's 1st birthday/dedication party at Max's. 10/10 experience; My expectations were exceeded. Great for all ages; kids to adults participated in the fun! The manager's mannerisms and professionalism were great from booking through finish and the party staff was so hands on and helpful with everything, from the set up to the hosting to the clean-up; I especially liked the communication and inclusion in all decisions but didn't have to really lift a finger or worry about anything as they took care of it; friendly, energetic & positive vibes only. We have recently visited Max Adventures for the glow in the dark Halloween party withy daughter, and I have to tell you, this place is amazing. Both my daughter and I had so much fun. When we bought tickets for the event we were promised to have 2 laser maze games per child but when we got there it was unlimited for all kids to play as much as they wanted, and believe me they did. The decorations were awesome. The staff was very nice and super attentive to all the kids. The whole place was glowing with projectors hitting walls with ghosts. They even served pizza, drinks and cold cuts for parents. It was great all around! We are definitely doing my daughters next birthday party in Max Adventures without a doubt. read more

I just had my daughters 6th birthday here. We had 26 kids attend. Alex and his staff did the most amazing job. The staff was so polite and hard working. They were great with all of the kids. I am 9 months pregnant I didn't have to do anything except enjoy my guests and the party. Everything is so well organized and super clean. We did the glow in the dark party and it was just perfect. The kids had a great time and the parents said how unique all the activities were. This location is different than anything I've ever been to. We celebrated my son's 5th Birthday at Max Adventures and it was absolutely amazing! My daughter, who is about to turn 8 in November has already requested a party there. The place is different from all other party places in BK. The attractions are so unique, from the laser maze to gaga ball to hand wax are beyond exciting. The adults from our party ended up participating in the activities as well. The staff is beyond accommodating. I've lived in brooklyn, flatbush ave, most of my life and have yet to experience such a great place as max adventures. So excited that an amazing place like this one is here in our community. The party staff were sooooo energetic, funny, helpful and attentive. We had children from the ages of 2 to 13 and adults like myself in attendence. I tell you each and everyone of us had a ball. We had so much fun and so much variety something for everyone to do. And the "just show up and party" quality was a definite plus. I would recommend max adventures 10 times over. I had my 7 year old daughter's party here this past Friday evening. We had children ranging from 2 - 12 years old in attendance. All of the kids had a great time. Our party was 3 hours and the kids still weren't ready to leave. The parents had a great time as well. The venue is meticulously clean, the staff is very attentive, and the activities are fun & organized well. The venue is comfortable enough to accommodate the kids and their parents - which is important. It was a fun time by all and I'm looking forward to booking this venue again in the near future (and hopefully attending as a guest even sooner!). read more

Went as a guest for a birthday party and I must say I wish i knew about this place in May for my sons birthday. The Glow in the dark theme was a hit. There was so much to do. The place was clean and very well organized. I have never been to a child's birthday party where the staff was on point. They made sure every child at the party was involved and had a great time. I noticed anytime a child was sitting on the side there was always a staff member with that child trying to involve him or her.
