The longest nightmare of my life. Let's start with the owner Roman. The worst communicator in professional history, When he does finally communicate it's all gaslighting and lies. Not a single timeline was met. He doesn't care about people or the inconvenience he causes. Workers don't show up as scheduled, days later they show up unannounced or they show up and go to lunch 45 minutes later. Roman will make you feel like you need to drop everything in that moment or it will be days before they comeback out. Worker urinated all over the tollet, floor and a $425 Granby Brown Wood 48" Octagonal Wall Mirror being stored in the bathroom with all the other boxes. All left for me to clean up when I arrived home. It was a struggle to get the mirror replaced. Roman will tell you what he thinks you want to hear instead of the truth. Where to start with this one. Roman is the worst person i've ever done business with in my entire life and i'm 48 years old. He doesn't have a professional bone in his body. No accountability either. He will likely respond to this review and blame everyone but himself. He was hired by our HOA to do some work in my unit so myself and my tenant were forced to deal with him. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. Extremely unprofessional, lack of communication, and entirely insensitive to the client. I've had such a terrible experience with this company but the things that made me the most frustrated: 1. The workers are NEVER on time (always 1+ hour late) so we have to wait around for them if we need to leave the house...and sometimes they just straight up lie about when the workers would come. They said the workers would absolutely wouldn't work on weekends so we had friends over on Friday and Saturday. They show up first thing Saturday morning... 2. They had to block off 80% of our only 2 rooms in the apartment to do work. Didn't tell us this prior to showing up to start work even though someone had come to the apt to inspect it beforehand. Tried to charge us hundreds of dollars because Roman, the extremely rude manager, said we the workers couldn't start work since our things were still in the rooms they had to work on when we weren't even told to move them.... 3. Terrible communication and lack of understanding to the residents living in the apt they are working on. They are super vague about deadlines and basically give you no information on when the entire job would be finished. You can see how frustrating that would be when both me and my partner work from home, and BOTH of our office spaces in only 2 rooms in the house were blocked off. Ended up having to delay a month's work producitivity. 4. Had to sleep in the living room for days because they ran extremely loud machinery in both bedrooms (of course without notifying us prior) 5. Do not use this company, Roman is a bully and caused so many problems for me, threatened my other Contractors with not having done a lead test even though he didn't pull a simple e-permit for his work. Then overcharged. I tried to work with him to stop the harrassment of my other workers, and challenged him about a simple charge of $2,000 not covered by insurance (he already received $60K from the insurance company) that would come out of my pocket and instead of saying $60K was enough (which was more than enough) he started bullying me for the $2,000. When I didnt want to pay it, he said he would "ruin me" and dig up everything about me and my business, so I paid him the $2,000 in fear of him. Be careful especially if you have other contractors, not in his control as he will bully them and threaten them too. If you even try to challenge a charge Roman will threaten and bully you with ruining your life (I have this in an email so Im not afraid of a slander charge) and Im still terrified of this guy "digging up everything about me and ruining me" his words, in writing this review but want to warn others. read more

Maxi Serve Team made quick and precise assessments bought in fans and dehumidifier and removed all the padding and lifted the carpet to prevent any mold from forming. The Next Day Roman Teroganesyan himself came to do a full assessment and explain what needed to be done and I would need to relocate temporary in order for the team to fix the water damage. The Team did a great job storing and place my furniture back into my place. Roman was very knowledgeable and had open communication. All the repairs were done and all the walls were repainted. He left us sitting in a Hotel room, with a dog, for 16 weeks for a job that should not have taken more than 6. His guys show up, or not, at about 11, go on an extended lunch, work till 4 and leave. They went 5 weeks doing NOTHING! Roman said that they were waiting for the mud to dry on the drywall when it hadn't been put up yet. He has no idea what progress, if there is any, has been made on his jobs. HE DOESN'T LOOK! He doesn't even communicate with his own guys. When they do show up, there might be two guys, never more. He demands a release of responsibility for moving the five pieces left in the living area, when they have already been moved twice by his guys It is really difficult to believe this guy even has a license. The workers, however, do an excellent job. They have to be the only reason he is not belly up because the quality of their work, when it happens, is top notch.
