He told me what he thought the issue was over the phone, and sure enough, he was right. He had everything fixed and cleaned up in about 90 minutes. I contacted Mitchell to have an estimate for replacing my roof and I let him know my situation I was currently in about wanting to save money but trying to sell the house in the next couple of years. Mitchell looked over my roof (I actually didn't need to be at the house as I was working but he made it work) and was very honest and let me know that my roof has a couple of more years on it and he could save me money on just patching up some things on the roof. So happy we found Mitchell. Our hvac wasn't properly installed on our roof which we noticed when rain started leaking down our walls during a storm. Our hvac warranty wouldn't repair it and the people who came didn't even bring a ladder or any tools to even try. We had leaks in our ceiling & we were told to have a roofer fix the problem before we had the inside repairs done. Mitchell responded immediately. He explained his pricing ahead of time & fit us into his schedule within the week. He inspected our roof & told me everything looked fine. He took pictures & explained everything. Yes, it's a very old roof but he said we could probably get 5 more years out of it. At the time he was inspecting, we had more heavy rains due the following week. He said (since the remediation company had already cut into our ceiling & dried it out) to watch for any leaks. Everything was exposed so it would be easy to see. We did just that & no more leaks coming through even with all the rain! We think it was just a fluke that it happened with the initial heavy rains & winds. Maybe something got blocked or clogged. Our home was previously a rental and the owner contracted with Mitchell to put in a patch on our flat tar and gravel roof over the back bedroom. This winter it leaked and I reached out to him about the work and while it took a bit to coordinate him coming out (he was very busy with other work requests) he came and decided to reseal the edges of the patch. This is my first time using Yelp and we needed our house gutters evaluated. If they had to be replaced we would do that, but needed an honest opinion. Mitchell was fantastic!! I have to say after using Mitchell for a "roof tune-up" last week, I have nothing but praise for this young man. His estimate was competitive and he stuck to it. My house is only 20 years old so the roof was in great shape yet due to trees, debris etc, the valley's, flashing, gutters etc hadn't been cleaned out in years long before I took ownership of the house. Mitchell took before and after pics, There were some hot spots that needed cleaning and some basic repair. Too long to detail but suffice it to say, I had some other estimates and they were pretty much the same in what had to be done. I contacted three roofing company because I have a roof leak. Cornell, Elliott and Sons and Maximum. Ronnie from Cornell Roofing showed up as promised, walked around the roof, went in the attic and could not find the issue. He told me to caulk the cracks on the side of the house and left. Elliott and Sons was scheduled out a month just to inspect AND said they couldn't do any repair work until FEB!. I definitely wanted a second opinion. So I contacted Mitchell.
