I just wanted a bouquet for a birthday girl/woman (she was 60+ years old), so I stopped inside to take a look. There were only a few parking spots outside. The lady working there greeted me right away. She showed me the fridge area where there were ready-made bouquets, and she asked me what I was looking for. I pointed to one as an idea, and she asked me for the budget. I waited less than 10 minutes, and she had a beautiful bouquet ready for me! I wrote a note saying I will pick up the order at 11:30a. The next day I drove to the florist shop and arrived at the hotel only to find that they had cancelled my order and had notified me via email two hours before my pick up time. The florist said they were booked with a wedding and were unable to fulfill my order. I was unable to find an alternative with such short notice and showed up to my event empty handed. UPDATE: it has been 13 days since I placed my order with this company and have yet to receive my refund. When I tried to call the phone number provided, it's a Google voice number that no one picks up. I sent two emails and there has been zero communication. This company stole $500 from me. The young Vietnamese lady who assisted me took about 10 minutes to think through the design and, in the end, suggested upgrading to a larger bouquet for $75 with a bigger arrangement and a different wrap style. I was initially hesitant, but I appreciated that she took my unusual idea seriously and was willing to work with it. What stood out to me most was her willingness to bring my vision to life. Not everyone would have been open to incorporating Pokémon toys into a bouquet, but she embraced the idea and did her best to make it work. The final arrangement was thoughtful, unique, and made for a fun graduation gift for my son. I didn't catch her name, but I hope the owner sees this review and knows that she provided wonderful customer service.
