I scheduled a new patient appointment online through their system, only to receive a call afterward telling me I couldn't keep the appointment because they supposedly don't have any appointments available for ear exams until October. It's June. Are patients really expected to wait four months for someone in an ENT office to look in their ear? What was even more concerning was that the person who called me, SUZANNE, was an appointment scheduler, yet she seemed to take it upon herself to determine what type of appointment I needed after hearing a very brief description of my symptoms. I specifically explained that my issue was not at all limited to my ear, but she repeatedly insisted that what I needed was an ear exam and that nothing was available until October. Since when are scheduling staff diagnosing patients and deciding what care they do or do not need? I scheduled an appointment with a medical provider because I expected a qualified clinician to evaluate my symptoms--not to have my access to care filtered through a scheduler's personal assessment over the phone. To make matters worse, I spent over 10 minutes navigating phone prompts and sitting on hold just to be told that the appointment I had already booked online wasn't actually available. If patients can't keep appointments that your own scheduling system allows them to book, then the online scheduling system is pointless. The entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this office

I have tried multiple times and their receptionists (who are insanely jaded) just say they don't treat dizziness. If you have an inner ear problem you go to an ENT! They have 40+ doctors and not one of them treats vestibular/dizziness issues? All in all it comes down to insurance for ENTC. It's profits over people. If I had better insurance I could get in but I don't and cannot afford the insurance they would like to see. They are actively ruining the lives of ANYONE with insurance they don't like and they are dizzy. They are contracted with my insurance yet they selectively choose what issues they want to see. ENTC is the epitome of what is wrong with healthcare... profits over people. If you don't treat dizziness/vertigo then take it off your website.

But Samantha was FANTASTIC, she stepped in and called me when I left a message for my coordinator who was out of the office at the time; and she was very pleasant and helpful when I was in the office for the procedures. Very early on, she raised concern about a possible brain tumor, which caused me a significant amount of anxiety and stress while waiting for the MRI. After the MRI came back negative, I felt completely dismissed despite continuing symptoms including ear pain, fullness/clogging, vibration/fluttering sensations, and sound sensitivity that were affecting my daily life. Very little additional investigation or explanation was offered, and I was simply told to use Allegra-D and nasal spray despite not having allergy symptoms. These treatments did not help. What upset me most was the drastic change in attitude after the MRI was clear. I understand serious conditions need to be ruled out, but I did not feel heard, supported, or taken seriously afterward. Completely careless and guess what? MY EAR IS STILL MESSED UP A YEAR LATER !!!!!

Went to many doctors and they all diagnosed me with acid reflux and they even did a camera check in my throat and found nothing, cost me $5000 just for wrong diagnosed , thanks to Souther Hill hospital ( completely scam ). Then after checking and couldnt find the problem of acid reflux, the doctor said " call us tomorrow for a follow up". I called the next day and GUESS WHAT?!?! The scammer doctor said " call us back in 3 weeks" , 3 WEEKS?!?! I might as well just die. So I took matter in my own hand and found Dr.Vincent Nalbone after a quick search around the area, called them and they said come in tomorrow so I did. The process of getting in was welcome and easy, the staffs were all lovely and smiley. QUEEN was helpful on taking me inside and get me going with a CT scan then NICOLE came in with a smile and cared about what I concern, showed me the inside or my nose and carefully explained to me whats wrong with my sinuses, compare my scan with a normal person scan and recommended me for a " Nose Synuplasty procedure ". After the procedure with DR. Vincent Nalbone ( thank you DR ) , I went home to rest and beautifully, the office called me 2 days in a row to check if I was ok and said if ai concern about anything please give them a call. From a POV of a patient , I feel warmness in my heart as my nose healing. 2 weeks went by, I could breath normally and could smell everything including " ALL DA NASHTY THANG IN THE WORLD AGAIN " .I went in for a Post-Procedure follow up.
