I brought the dress in to have the top taken in because it was too long for my torso. Instead of adjusting it properly, they unevenly cut into the dress, leaving it totally unbalanced and disproportionate. One shoulder now has ruffles, the other doesn't. One side of the chest has a 2.5-inch seam, the other is barely 1 inch. It looks like two different dresses sewn together. And when I expressed how upset I was, with only three days before the wedding I needed it for, the seamstress actually yelled at me and blamed my body for her mistake. They charged me $100 for work that destroyed my dress. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. Go literally anywhere else.
