He was very professional and explained that sometimes in the wholesale process they can be sold after the optimal times. He assured me that his cupcakes would be some of the best I've ever had, and he certainly wasn't wrong. The following day after my Cheese Course experience I received a delivered dozen of the standard size cupcakes in assorted flavors. Mark was not lying- they were all awesome!
