I came in for my first oil change today and they exceeded my expectations. Pros, they have great wifi, free coffee and a space to work if you need to. They also send you a video when they are working on your car and film your inspection and send a report to your phone via text. The advisors are great, very personable and knowledgeable. I am a Nurse and currently working during COVID19. I work in a detox center with 50 residents and a revolving door. Things have been stressful at work and my oil change was due. I called Everett Mazda, they got me right in for an appointment. I work night shift and overslept, they still made sure I got my oil changed that day and completed a 22 point inspection for me. I have been worrying about finding time to get my brakes done during this difficult time, they took a look at those for me too and ensured me I have nothing to worry about. I can't tell you how much better I felt knowing my vehicle was in good working order and I could continue commuting to work without worry. The cherry on top is, spring has sprung and I park my car under a very deciduous tree, I haven't had time to wash it. They cleaned EVERYTHING. There wasn't a spot on my car when they were finished. I have been coming here for service since 2014 when I bought my Mazda 2 from them. These people are ALWAYS professional and kind, usually have schedule availability to sneak me in last-minute when my car needs maintenance, and are easy to find and get checked in. They have free water and coffee while you wait and often have coupons online or send them in the mail for your car maintenance. Comfortable sitting area to wait in (I always hang out here while my car is getting worked on and read). They even wash and vacuum your car after doing work on it. I seriously can't say enough, these are the nicest guys. I have never had a bad experience here and I plan to keep coming back. read more

Sad interaction. My CX5 has 25,000 miles on it. I was waiting in the lobby while it was getting an oil change and the service department, 15 feet away from me, sent me a text, that took me to a site that said I needed well over $700 worth of fluid and filter replacements. If a human had talked to me I would not have been pissed off by the experience, but I kept on scrolling through 7 pages of yes/no questions with yellow and red exclamation points and dollar signs! Plus I it took 2.5 hours of waiting for a simple oil change...I really liked the sales experience, but I need to find a new service experience... read more

This service departement really goes a step beyond with their attitudes. As others have noted it is the only place i know of that gives a video of the technician working so you can actually see not only what is being done, but what your Mazda might need. The waiting area is fully functional with work space, a place to relax, or one wants to walking around and look at new cars without interference from the sales staff. This is the only place I take my Mazdas for service and I encourage everyone to give them the opportunity to earn your business. read more

I've written a review for Everett Mazda before, and they're still super awesome, but I haven't expressed my love for the the service department. My background: daughter of a retired construction worker who was forced to learn how to do an oil change at the age of ten. (Thanks dad... That's only slightly sarcastic...) since I've purchased my Mazda 2 and then traded up for my Mazda 3 I have solely used these guys for service. I've always driven super low tech cars that were low maintenance with very few bells and whistles. Now I'm all growed up (mostly) and seriously don't want to mess with that crap. I trust these guys. Every single one of them goes above and beyond and I have not had a single negative experience. Today my idiot light went off (thanks again dad for the colorful language) which indicated low tire pressure. They pulled a big ass nail out of my rear tire and patched it in about 15 minutes on a busy Sunday. No charge. It's what they do. I heart these peeps. So thankful the I5 construction didn't force me to have a blowout even though it left me a souvenir. To summarize, I5 roadwork = bad, Mazda of Everett = badass. read more

Incredibly disappointed with the service department at Mazda of Everett. While they were accommodating and willing to look at an issue quickly, my car left with damage that they denied is due to them. Took my car (mazda3 with hatchback) in to have the hatch looked at because it was not closing evenly. I had thoroughly looked at the rear of the car prior to taking it in because of this issue. After taking it in and arriving home, there was clear damage on the rear bumper just below the hatch. Given that I was staring at the back even with the service tech, I would have noticed this in an instant if it were done before taking it in. If you choose to go here, make sure you take pictures of your car before sending it in. I can't prove it because I didn't do this. Look at the picture and judge for yourself if you would have noticed this prior to taking it in or if I'm making it up. read more

I have been taking my CX-5 to Mazda of Everett for the last 6 years for service. I have always had great service when I go there. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had to take my car in for some warranty work and I was having trouble with the warranty company that was not from Mazda. I was working mostly with Seth on the issue with the warranty but, Alex was a big help too. I know they say it was all in a days work but these two I feel went above and beyond in helping solve the problem. I am so thankful for all their effort and hard work. They organized a viewing of the removed part with me and the warranty inspector. Researched and pulled up more info that helped in my case to the warranty company after I they had already denied the coverage few times. The warranty company finally accepted the charges and saved me thousands of dollars. I will continue to bring my car here because of these two people. To be fair, the experience of buying a car is pleasant, and dealers are friendly and helpful! However, I had a very bad experience for my first time 5000-mile service here. The camera monitor sticked to the front shield was gone, and I lost all small changes and coins inside the storage box. I did not feel it right after I get my car back. When I was aware of it, I called back about my camera monitor and service department just said they did not see it. Though I got this first time service for free, yet it was disappointing to lose personal items during the service. read more

I had an appointment at 12:30pm. They sent reminders the day before, which was very helpful. Once I arrived, they took VERY good care of me. Professional, kind, and very helpful - right through to the cashier who cashed me out. It was a simple oil change, tire rotation, and I needed a recall issue resolved. I bought my first Mazda a year ago and take it into Mazda of Everett for servicing. I am so impressed with their service department. Jim Fisher is our service writer and he has taken care of every detail of our car. He is courteous and professional and knows what we need. Mazda did not have a permanent fix for our squeak so Jim stayed on it and in touch with us so that when the fix was out, the part was ordered and a service call was scheduled with a car available to us while it was in the shop.
