When we got there my husband said it smelled freezer burned. I didn't ask if they made it in house and probably should have. The chicken was a frozen patty, that should've been a sign. The presets were something like 20%, 25%, and 30% tips. I am not opposed to tipping that much if we received above and beyond service, but that felt very pushy for such a nice place.
