I needed prompt and on time service, I needed it to all go according to plan. And it all started with Mark. He kept in contact with me whenever I emailed him to ask questions or fill him in on any details. He needed to make 2 pickups and 1 drop off. He was on time for all of them. His limo was top notch, clean and a newer model. His rates were fantastic and we worked with me on that because I didn't need him for more than a few hours. I booked a limo for my prom and everything was going fine until I called them to confirm our service for Saturday. During the conversation, I asked if one more person could join our limo. They said no and told us about their regulations and rules. I accepted their answer and then we said our good byes. Later on, they emailed my friend and which stated that they had canceled our limo reservation because we were being 'rude' over the phone , saying we were dictating what they were saying. I was so confused because we literally didn't talk back at all. I called them a couple of times with no answer so I e-mailed them back asking if they have mistaken us for another customer and I apologized for the misunderstanding because nothing bad was said against their limo service or their rules. He replied pretty fast saying he was not happy with the conversation( which I still don't understand because we did not talk back) and saying that I and the rest of my other friends do not understand the regulations. He told us that he has already decreased the price of the limo for us and that we still disregarded him. We were all grateful for this price cut and it was appreciated. I just don't understand why they think that we were disregarding their rules when the only thing I said was " Okay, thats fine ". Long story short, prom is a couple of days away and they canceled on us based on a story that is wrong. So thanks. :-)) read more

my youngest daughter found mark as i was looking for someone to drive us from long beach to my oldest daughter's engagement party in la. i was a little worried when she told me he would be in san diego earlier that day. no problem though- he kept in touch and was right on time. we were surprising my daughter as she thought we were waiting for a yelp driver and he went out of his way to help us. we wanted the classic limo and it was beautiful-so clean with a fully stocked bar including soda and water for my 6 yo granddaughter. he waited for us the entire duration of the party(at least 3 hours). when we left we were all carrying wine(gifts for the couple) and i dropped one, he insisted on picking it up. i hope we have more opportunities to call mark again. read more

I had the great pleasure of hiring Mark/MB Executive Transport for a "girls night out" this past weekend. Mark was very impressive from the very beginning of our communication. First off, he took the booking last minutes (3 days before our night out) - the first service bailed on us and it ended up being a very good thing. I wouldn't recommend that you wait for the last minute like we did, because Mark will probably be booked since he runs such a kick-ass operation. Mark had to drop off another party in Palm Springs before he had to pick us up in Long Beach, but he weathered the storm (lots of rain) and made it to us in plenty of time. He kept in touch with me through text and phone calls to confirm plans and re-adjust as we needed to. We didn't have any specific plans beyond dinner, but Mark knew the best places to take us to for a fun night out. He was courteous, professional, timely, funny, entertaining, and professional (I know I wrote that twice), plus his limo was immaculate and well stocked. To say that Mark is the best driver I have encountered is a major understatement. He made our night out better than I expected it to be. If you want the BEST then go with Mark!!! read more
