My wife found this place on the internet. We have a BMW X5 that was in and out of the BMW dealership in Roseville for almost the same problem every time. So I was just feed up with the overpriced dealership service department that obviously was in this to make commission vs giving quality customer service. This place is always honest and the work is top notch. I've been a customer for a few years but I've decided to write because now I don't spend money on fake repairs or marked up parts! I pulled in the other day and one of my fuses needs to be replaced that's located under the dashboard on BMW's they stopped working on a vehicle and replaced my fuse free of charge. No joke, Mark and I went back and forth about Mercedes knowledge for more than 45 minutes. As others have mentioned in the reviews, both Mark and Bryant were both master technicians at MB EDH. From the drop off to the pickup, Bryant kept me up to date with everything going on being extremely transparent. When it came time to pick my car up, they managed to beat their own quote and refunded me the difference!! Mark and Bryant, you just earned a customer for life. Honest, knowledgeable, professional, and an extremely clean shop. What more could you ask for? My C350 runs stronger than it ever has before and they even fixed a burned out bulb for free! Picked up a MBZ Sprinter Van that had been sitting for a while and had to sort out some issues prior to driving it 17 hours back home. These guys usually do Mercedes cars but I needed a sway bar put on 2021 Winnebago class C Rv. It sits on Mercedes V30 diesel chassis. They have a lift that can handle it and agreed to do the work. After three other supposed "experts" tried and failed to isolate the cause of an intermittent noise. No one else was even close in properly assessing this issue. After discussing my issue with Bryant on the phone I was convinced that these guys were up to the task.
