They also speak about you and laugh in their language when you (1) ask a question or (2) appear to be unsatisfied or (3) speak up for yourself! Pedicure was done by a nice man who couldn't stop shaking, I was wondering how he was going to apply the polish but before he could, another tech jumped in and took over the job. My full set looks super messy and amateur, nail polish stains on the sides of my fingers and the whole thing is just ugly lol. I'll barely switch it up and add a design for special occasions but for the most part I like a plain ombré with translucent glitter. The service at first wasn't the greatest but it was doable because I am particular and didn't want to have to look for a new nail salon. The service started getting worse and the nail techs would argue that what I wanted wouldn't look good. I like a clear base and they kept trying to talk me into a pink base which in my opinion doesn't look good and if I'm paying for a service I'm not going to walk around with a color I don't like. For me the last straw was when I brought my daughter with me to get our nails done for Christmas. I had made a reservation for both of us and they made her wait while they took other walk ins because I refused to have them out gel on my minor. I told them specifically due to her age regular nail polish is all we wanted. As we were finishing up one of the techs proceeded to give every customer in the salon a "Christmas gift" except me and my daughter. Which I thought was so rude. I tip well and don't expect gifts in return but to blatantly do that to myself and daughter was beyond me.

I usually get a Shellac Manicure and basic Pedicure which takes about 1hr to 1 & 1/2hrs but do not leave work till 6:30-7pm. I called SIX LOCATIONS PRIOR TO THIS ONE AT 7:10pm yesterday and EVERY LOCATION SIMPLY SAID WE CLOSE AT 7pm OR 7:30 SORRY :(. Once I came across this place the woman who answered was first off SO SWEET -and she said they close at 7:30pm but told me to come over and she would wait for me! :) I was only doing my nails and when I arrived they locked the doors and waited till I got there at 7:40 and let me in! The place is small and def needs updating but it's fairly clean and the woman are extremely nice! I had June do my nails and they came out great! The prices are VERY LOW, $20 to get a gel manicure! Amazing! They never rushed me and she still rubbed my shoulders while the last coat was drying ... I was def happy with everything:) I did want French but she said she couldn't do that..?? Idk why? Maybe she just didn't have the skill or maybe it takes longer- who knows haha The coolest thing was their MEMBERSHIP CARDS ..
