My boyfriend wanted to go here for his birthday. We arrived a little after they opened and it wasn't too busy. I highly recommend registering before you show up, to help speed up the check-in/ payment process. We decided to do two races. They gave us races that were back-to-back. Since this was our first time, we wanted to space out our race. The place had a few other attractions on-site but we didn't partake. There couldn't been a better selection of food. My daughter and a group of friends came here for a fun night out which completely turned into them being mistreated and a waste of time. My daughter was asked for me to fill out a consent form since she is a minor. Perfectly fine no issues. After I emailed the form she was told it was not accepted because it needed to be the exact signature on my license. Firstly where does it say that? How are you going to tell me what my signature can or cant be? Fine- the second form i filled out i called my daughter to make sure all was fine and the lady - short hispanic girl with black hair was EXTREMELY RUDE to my daughter telling her my writing was sloppy and couldn't be accepted. After they left i called and spoke to the female and asked for her name and she said "let me get my supervisor". Why wasn't she able to tell me het name? Did she know I was going to call and complain about how rude she is? I was transferred to Niko, who also told me My writing was sloppy - okay Niko well if you must know, i have rheumatoid arthritis and am unable to control how my writing looks, so thanks for being the judge of that. Lastly he gave me the same exact phone number after and told me to take my problem up with "Austin" Im not sure what it is about people these days but just some advice for them- if you're going to be rude maybe you should consider another job than working with customer service. Sincerely fell short of my expectations. The way they sort the drivers together made the experience very unpleasant. Stop and go along with the host berating the tweens. Z(tough guy ) ???? The adult race was disastrous, shorted because of the inability to place the less experienced drivers in the right race perhaps something that can be worked out with management. What a blast! We took our kids who are 8 and 9 and they enjoyed the arcade games as we waited our turn. When they got up to race they had huge smiles as they raced around the track. Now...this is not just a kids place...my husband and I got competitive with the others in our race. I honestly do not think I have smiled for that long in quite awhile! My kids love this place. The vibe is very Mario kart and my kids loved racing each other. Although it's not only for kids because every time we've come here, there's been a lot of adults as well racing. I hope they sanitize their helmets because when my kids put them on they said it smells like rotten cheese. They also loved playing at the arcade. I had my birthday here and it was awesome; we got to race when there was no one else there which was great. The VIP room was really nice, and included a pool table, ps4 and comfortable chairs/couches. This is a really nice place don't get me wrong. But when you don't have to wait upwards of 2 hours just to get a race. Especially when you're a VIP track member and call ahead to get a race scheduled; ONLY TO FIND OUT that nobody there answers the phone. It doesn't really make sense to put that under one of the perks of having the trackpads if you can't even use it?? Hopefully they can figure that out. Also it's annoying when the people at the front give you a bad attitude when you are a member just trying to schedule a race. Oh one more thing, your karts are inconsistent. One race Im flying, the next I can't even turn correctly and it's not that fun anymore. Hopefully some improvements can be made. read more

Nothing is explained on their website, so here is my experience for a amateur. 14 laps is only one race that lasts only 10-15 mins depending if there are issues. A headsock is required. If you do not have one, it costs $2.00 each per sock. Reason for my 3 Stars is the young cashier lady did not feel like explaining and felt annoyed when I asked questions. read more

Terrible experience with service trying to get party package information and questions answered. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get any assistance. Then they gave my son coupons to race during the week and another to use during the weekend. He came by that same evening to test out the track with a couple of friends: 1- They did not let him apply his coupon to the 3 race package, 2. He & his friends paid for the 3 race package and they overbooked their races at 8:45 pm. So his friends were able to do only one of the three races, while the employees got to goof around on the karts. 3. No refunds were given to his friends, rather just credit for "next time". There will be no next time since the service and efficiency was so terrible. So his friends are out money they paid. 4. I've reached out on several platforms and have yet to receive any response that even the party planner said she forwarded my complaint to management. Surprise surprise, haven't heard a word from MB2 in over a week and needless to say we won't be hosting our event there. Terrible service. This place is run by incompetent infants. read more

We had my sons birthday at MB2. We did not rent a room but we arrived right when it opened so we were able to enjoy all of the activities and not have to wait for a long time. The boys and my father did 3 races in the 12+ cars. Everyone had a blast! Afterward we played laser tag, which was super fun too. The employees were always very friendly and helpful. They even turned on the Chargers game for the adults when they were not racing. I want to mention that Elijah went above and beyond to make sure my sons day was special and I can't thank him enough! read more

This was our first time, family of 5 for my son's birthday. I am less than impressed. I told several staff members from check in to racing that it was our first time there and no one explained how it worked or what to do. Several random kids racing with us kept acting like it was bumper cars instead of go carts so our race stopped at least 5 times. I don't think it was worth the $140. Don't think we will be back. My son really liked this place, so that's all that mattered to me. Parking is plentiful. Employees were wearing masks and disinfecting all the equipment after being used and keeping distance. Customer service was great by the young employees. For $35 you get 1 round of laser tag, 1 round of VR Experience, and 1 Race. Not bad at all. They have other packages too but it was our first time and we didn't know how long everything took. I must warn you though, those go karts don't look very fast, but it is pretty fast once your in the seat and other karts are near you. The only reason I took off 1 Star is because it is pretty darn hot in there once your running around in the laser tag. If looking for something to do with your kid, take them here. Took my two sons and they absolutely loved it, that's what they get five stars for. One star is because the cashier people, who were all girls the day I went, seemed more interested in chatting and looking at their phones than making sure we knew what to do and where to go. Great place for the family or friends. I took my nephew and we got the package deal for 35$ per person. Included VR, Laser tag, and a race. So much fun. We did that and hung out playing some arcade games. Before I knew it hours had gone by. Great air conditioning close parking on site and the staff was good. I took my boyfriend here for a surprise bday party and we had such an amazing time! I paid for the party package so we got a private room to ourselves that had snacks and water bottles available to us. The instructors gave us a brief and informative lesson about being safe on the race tracks. We even played laser tag while waiting to race a 2nd time and that was so much fun too!! Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday here 2 days ago & we all had so much fun on our Mini Grand Prix. These go karts were traveling at about 45 miles per hour which made it extremely fun for our group since we all love speed & racing haha! The staff was so helpful & very organized! Kaila was our host & she always had a smile on her face! She kept us up to date with the timeline and communicated very well with me & my group. I even left my water bottle there & they kept it safe until we picked it up today. MB2 is the kind of go kart place that makes you feel alive! I'm giving them 5 stars not because they were perfect but because they perfectly knew how to handle obstacles in a very professional way & they showed expertise in handling a big party of kids. I celebrated my son's birthday and from point one they were always very accommodating and sense of communication was excellent. On the day of the birthday I called them so see if they could accommodate a group of adults and they gladly made it happen always with a positive attitude. Once I arrived at the venue, my host made sure to always made herself available to me and communicated with me all throughout to make sure everything was running smoothly. The party space was perfect size for my party of 25 people. It even came with balloons. They provided me with utensils, plates & cups. The room also came with a fridge to put any drinks (water bottles & boxed juice). That was a plus! Here comes the part of obstacles, when the kids went for their second race, My son's cart was not working, so they changed it. But turns out the second cart didn't work either. They immediately went to get another one. Always with a sense of urgency. In the meantime one of the riders had a nose bleed and at no point I felt rushed for him to get cleaned up. They gave ample time to make sure the rider was ok before starting the race. The entire staff that handled my group was profesional. Great job guys at the Sylmar location!! read more

This is very upsetting. I'm not one to write a review for any establishment but I went in a couple weeks ago and you can see that their employees need a lot of training. They are just a bunch of teenagers that sit behind the counter giggle and talk poorly about the customers while people are there getting their score sheets. None of them wanted to do their job because when I asked if their was someone to do laser tag they all looked at each other, then one of them sighed and acted like it was some big task. How can they let people like this be the face of the company? I really liked going here since I was a kid but it's just not the same customer service anymore and it's so sad to see. Same thing happened to my friend but worse because the employees talked about him. Pricing is so expensive. I went with my two nephews and it was $150 for just two races each and not even including arcade. Ridiculous. read more
