MBC Brokers was knowledgeable and super-responsive throughout, and most importantly, made a complex process very simple for me. They also saved me a ton of $$ because without them I would have had the shipper do all of this for 10x the price. Usually, I don't post reviews because when people are simply doing their job... I just don't see the point. But for MBC Brokers, I'm making an exception. John is so efficient and so good at keeping track of everything that it's a relief to find a broker like him. In the past, I have used different brokers, and after a while, you realize that they don't handle issues well. John, on the contrary, is always doing his best to contact people who need a little push to do their jobs properly (COVID-19 doesn't help...). And, on top, he and Katie keep you posted all the time. Wow. Incredibly helpful service from John. I am not even their customer, but I had a question about import duties, and correct HS code classifications for my products. John immediately provided me the correct HS code for my product and pointed me to some CROSS rulings that clarified the issue. He did not even mention that maybe I should pay him for doing this research. I am now asking HIM if I can pay him something, as of course, this information is really important for me to know! Had a shipment coming from Spain, showed up at the customs and border office in LA only to get turned away. This is after a 5 hour drive from Las Vegas to the LA customs office.
