I have had Mike and John out to my house twice in the past year to address different areas in need of stretching. Both are very experienced, good at their work, and nice guys too! I have good quality carpets installed in my home, which over time, developed some fairly significant ripples, some installed on wood sub-floors and in my basement, on a concrete surface. In all cases Mike was able to eliminate the ripples and leave our carpets looking like they were just installed. Even in one of our more challenging areas, a walk-in closet with shelving built into the floor, Mike took the time to figure out a solution. I didn't take any "before" pictures to show their work, but the difference is night and day! In addition to doing quality work at a fair price, they also did a nice job cleaning up and are very professional. Mike's work is nothing short of excellent. The carpet in our master bedroom developed several ripples and bumps that were rather large and extensive enough that we thought we'd need to replace the carpet.
