(Really dude?) Obviously he should have moved into the EMPTY fast lane next to him." That driver is in no way obligated to slow down, move over, or make any adjustments to his driving in order to let anyone on the freeway. It is 100% the responsibility of the person merging onto a freeway to adjust their speed to enter the lane. Don't believe me? Try looking up ORS 811.2851 Failure of merging driver to yield right of way. In laymams terms if you "shared a lane" with the tow truck YOU WERE VIOLATING THE LAW, (Class B Violation). You should learn to drive before you slam a company for their drivers lawful driving. Have a nice day.

Things were going smooth until we turned onto a freeway entrance and the axel of our car snapped and we were unable to move. First of all, the people of canyonville are amazing. Long story short, towing company recommended Bill's since they were the only ones near and open (it was around 6pm) We get to Bill's and they're so friendly. Quoted us an extremely affordable price and told us it'd be done by noon the next morning. Perfect! Doesn't stop there; since we are from out of town and have our cat with us, they personally drive us in one of their trucks to a near motel that accepts pets. He was there to greet us and help get us back on the road as soon as possible. And instead of taking advantage of our desperation, we had to beg him to let us pay him because he was just genuinely trying to help us! As awful as the temperatures were and the unbearable smoky air, most people would have gone home to escape the conditions.
