Drinks are delicious and boba is always fresh. The drinks are exactly how they are labeled. For example the milk shakes are actually milkshakes and the smoothies are smoothies, etc. The cold teas are refreshing. I've tried the hot pot and it's DELICIOUS. By far, the best hot pot I've had so far and that's with taking it to go. I live 20-25 minutes from Mr. Boba and by the time I got home it was still hot! They've only messed up my order once when I preordered through yelp because they forgot 1 drink. It was some system issue so I recommend calling in or going in to order. read more

Terrible customer service. Rude employees that took 20 to take our order and another 20 to make 2 drinks. They scoffed when we came up to order because they didn't want to work anymore. I ordered a boba milk tea, it was very busy, at least 10 orders in front of me. They either called me and i didnt hear, as i was sitting outside, or they didnt call. Regardless i had to ask for my order, she apologized multiple times but it still kinda rubbed me the wrong way, as i ended up waiting for around 30 minutes and wouldnt have gone there if i knew i had to wait that long. As for the boba, ive had lots of boba and this was pretty good. Either the best or right behind Tea Leaf for best in AV. The drink was excellent, not too sweet, very milky. I love how sweet the boba is (I've been so disappointed with places having flavorless boba that's too mushy or not cooked enough). The boba here is sweet and perfectly chew. The gentleman working this evening was 5/5 with the customer service skills. He even shared with us a tip/trick for the claw machine and it was very much appreciated. The boba is great! They don't have as many options as other boba places like It's Boba Time, but that's okay because what they do have a good quality. Took my whole family to try mr boba and was very disappointed. Boba balls were soggy, (sitting too long) the drinks weren't sweet enough and mot enough milk. Owner was a bit unfriendly and subdued when I told him about my Thai tea ... he did not care to help me by replacing with something else... will never go back . This place is Amazing!! I would definitely recommend if you are a boba lover! I have been there twice already and the boba is super soft and almost melts in your mouth. It reminds me of Honey boba. I had a pineapple mango smoothie, which was not on the menu, but I asked for the mixed flavor combination and they had no problem accommodating. When I went to place my order as previously placed the week prior, they charged me $1.50 extra for a topping that cost 50 cents. Cost isn't the issue, the issue is how many poorly trained staff members does it take to place the order correctly. The inconsiderate and belittling staff left me feeling like I was an idiot for placing the exact same order the week previous and not knowing how much it cost even though I still had my receipt knowing exactly how much it cost. I left; no boba for me, no customer satisfaction whatsoever. For me it's the customer service that does it. We got the roasted oolong milk tea with tiramisu foam and the rose oolong milk tea with tiramisu foam. Their boba pearls have a good soft chewy texture I didn't get any pearls that were slightly too hard.
