My husband went in yesterday while we waited in the car and he had nothing but fantastic things to say when he returned. To start the gentleman that greeted him was so welcoming. He took as much time as needed to explain everything that my husband asked which was kind and appreciated. He invited him back with his family to try their soups as well! We ordered one large Oreo boba (not the shake with ice cream) and were super pleased. Loved the cup and wish the lid it came with was the same quality so that we could keep it and continue using it after. Drink was great though and didn't taste artificial which is something we always worry about. We'll define back ;)

Went back after a few months only to find out they no longer serve foods there. The Takoyaki and chicken were my favorite. Added with the slush or soda and it was a perfect thing to combine. But now the place seems emptier and a little sad now. Even the kid at the register didn't feel welcoming. So sad to see it go like this.... At least the slushes were good but idk if that will keep me coming.

the popcorn chicken is pretty good! they have different spice levels and it includes the sweet chili sauce. it is pretty crispy which i love. there is also a decent amount of fried thai basil which i appreciate. it is a relatively small portion but it's good enough. just a note they no longer have hot pot at this place!

I have one thing to say, try the Boba here. Of any milk tea place ive been to, this is the only place ive consistently ordered boba. Their popcorn chicken is to die for too. Id recommend the Okinawa or their Thai Tea, the Thai Tea having a very buttery taste ive never had anywhere else. read more

Amazing hot pots and drinks. I was so glad to hear they were having a takeout special when you buy a mini hot pot you get a free drink!! It was my first time here and forsure won't be the last. I got then Thai tea boba drink it was so yummy, and it's in a reusable cup which is a huge plus. Social distancing is enforced as it should be. Overall 5 stars, most definitely would go again. read more

found this hot pot spot in a coupon/ad magazine that my mom got & this is the first hot pot place that i've known of in my whole 22 years of living in the AV, so i had to check it out! i got a large Premium Beef Tender in Sezchuan Spicy Soup Base with Ponzu sauce. each hot pot comes with a variety of vegetables, glass noodles, egg & steamed white rice. i got regular for the spicy level for the soup base & i think it was a good amount of spice, but my lips did start stinging after a while of eating (i would say my spice tolerance is slightly below average). the meat was tender & all the vegetables/tofu/crab sticks were all fresh. there was a lot of glass noodles, more than most hot pot places i've been too, which is a good thing for me since i love glass noodles. but it was definitely filling, so i totally could have gotten away with just getting a small rather than large. my sister got Ramen noodles with her hot pot instead of the glass noodles & she loved it. she said she thinks it's the best ramen noodles in the AV that she's had. overall it was really good & i'm super happy bc now i don't have to wait to go down to LA if i'm craving hot pot! their drinks are really good too! with my meal, i got the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea w/Tiramisu Foam (forgot to take a picture, but it's behind my hot pot). the Tiramisu foam had the perfect amount of sweetness to balance out the toasty/slightly bitter taste of the Oolong. my sister got the Thai Tea w/boba on the side (also didn't get a picture sry). she said both were really good & my mom tried some of boba on the side (since she doesn't like drinking caffeine late) & also really liked it. then togo, my sister got the Orange Lime Blue Sky Tea & i got the Strawberry Dark Blue Sky Tea. both tasted really good & they are also made really pretty! the servers were super nice & gave us an order of their fried dumplings on the house (again forgot to take a picture of sry) which were also delicious! note: i'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 bc when they got a little busy, it kinda got hard to flag someone down for our check. but i've been a server, so i get it since i seemed like they got a sudden rush & only had maybe 1-2 people working the front. totally would have given 4.5 stars but i don't think that's an option... & if it is idk how to do it lol sorry! read more

This place is a must go to for Boba and Hot Pot. The customer service was amazing and the food was great. I ordered the takoyaki and popcorn chicken for the appetizers and the lamb hot pot as the entree. I was so happy about the service and the food that I became a VIP member. As an opening special they are offering a VIP membership gift cards. It cost $100 dollars but they are giving $150 in food credit and 10% off every order. The boba and teas are delicious i will definitely be an avid customer. read more

Randomly found this spot driving to my sisters house all the way out in Lancaster because i was craving boba. I walked in and they told me they were having a promo going on. Buy one, get one free. Buy 2 drinks, get a free snack. Or buy a hotpot, and get a free drink. I took advantage of the B1G1 and bought drinks for the whole fam. The place was nice and the people working were nice as well. Plenty of parking and our drinks came out delicious. Came back a few hours later again to bring my sister, haha. Thank you so much! I'll be coming back every time i visit Lancaster. read more

Their drinks are good but whatever you do, do not place an online order because you will have to make the line to order in order to get your online order. Makes no sense waited over 20 minutes for my drinks that had been ready and just sitting in their fridge for that long. read more

Let me just tell y'all about this hidden little gem, we found it on accident and 4 months later, we're still hooked. Their Boba is THE BEST. I've gotten several of their milk teas and have yet to be disappointed. My all time favorite of course is the Taro.. there's just something about their recipe that exceeds the usual Taro smoothie. The food is great! The Takoyaki is one of the best I've had they practically melt in your mouth. So delicious Popcorn chicken is something different from any other place. Always hot and fresh. Do you still serve hot pot? Saw a restaurant in Northridge with the same hot pot set up and Mr. Boba cups. I was also told that it would come back for winter but it never did....

Sadly no more hot pot at this location, also asked for takoyaki balls and cashier said no snacks either (even though it still shows on their menu).

Took about 10 minutes for our drinks. The drink was super sweet at 50%. Had to water down the drink for it to taste descent. Will not be returning since there's no indoor seating and they make their drinks way too sweet.
