These guys were AMAZING!! They were all friendly and respectful of my need for them to be very careful with our stuff! We have some old but very precious items that have to be packed properly and MC Movers were excellent about that! They show up on time and ready to get the job done. The movers that were assigned to my move lost pieces to my daughter's new bed. They sent someone to try and repair it. It held up for a few days with the temporary repair. Unfortunately, it remains broken. We weren't compensated for the damages. The move also took entirely too long to complete. I believe the movers took their time to ride the clock. I hired this company. They were supposed to be here at 1pm showed up at 2:45pm. I was told thru the quote they expected it to take 5 hrs and $825. When they started moving they broke a ceiling fan by not paying attention. I finally asked them not to finish at 7pm, to just take what they had and unload. They had not even loaded the entire house (1552 sq ft) as they were finishing loading I asked them not to load my tvs. They assured me it would be fine, I told them if they get broken Iâ  m gonna be extremely upset! Well guess what they broke the screen on one and on the other cracked the backing!! I would think that when the customer asks you not to move something you would do what they ask and especially not move large TVs turned on their sides. 2x my daughter went outside and came back in telling me they were standing around shooting the bull, while I'm paying hourly. They finally finished at 11:35pm and a cost of $1100, not to mention they did not bring any supplies like tape or stretch wrap they used all of mine. Now I'm missing two boxes, one is a brand new in box kitchen faucet that was supposed to go in my daughters unfinished garage apt and my $200 ninja kitchen tool. I had to hire another company (3 men movers, should have hired them first) the next day to finish up as I did not trust them to do anymore. I feel like I was scammed and now I have sent them my info for the things to be replaced 2 days ago and no response. I have had to replace the fan as it was in a rental and I' m extremely upset by the way this company has done business. If there were 0/5 I'd have chosen that. Do not trust this company. MC Movers gave us a great quote, but did not tell us details. They have semis that transfer your belongings and ship across the country. It took 31 days for our things to be delivered. We had to pay $700 extra to have our truck delivered because they could not find a driver in our area. We had to pay $500 extra to get our things from the mover because we had to pay for a truck that would fit in our parking lot since the semi wouldn't fit. They had us sign the inventory list and agreement on the day the movers showed up, not giving us the three days by law they were supposed to give us to read it over. The movers moved so quickly that they took out two more boxes than were written down. One of those boxes was lost or stolen. There were hundreds of dollars of goods in that box. No reparations of any kind were ever made. read more

I love MC movers! I have used them for my last four moves. But this last one was not satisfactory. They took a long time to load and unload which was never a problem before. When it came to pain for some reason for different credit cards were declined. I don't understand why but it took another hour to call a relative to ask for their credit card information. That whole hour the mover held onto my credit card. He wouldn't give it back until he was paid. And because of the extra hour of four different credit cards being declined I was charged another $100. Usually they are a great value, quality work and very friendly. The mover I had just kept rolling his eyes and gave us ugly stares. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THINKING TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY! I hired them to move furniture only from my second floor to my garage to have my wood floors fixed from the winter storm in Houston. They damaged the wood floors on the way down and my wall. The way up after having the the floors redone and having to be out of the home at hotels with my one year old, they damaged the floors so badly, they have to be completely redone. They also damaged my brand new refrigerator denting and scratching badly and left marks and holes in my walls. They are refusing to pay for the damages stating I did not pay in full; they didn't collect the second half because they new exactly what they did. I have offered to pay multiple times regardless of the damage and even though the moves took only an hour and they charged me for 2 plus a trip charge on the way down. The company is so unprofessional and dishonest. I have hired an attorney. This has caused me unbelievably amounts of stress and I have no way to pay for the over $6000 in damages they caused. Booked them for a move where they literally ran out of space in their moving van! And then he got mad at ME and claimed I never shared with their company the square footage of the home or the belongings. I have an email that shows I did share the home listing. Then I asked him what he was going to do to complete our move and he said "it's not my problem". It absolutely IS your problem! Then once they were finally leaving, I asked if the Zelle payment was confirmed on his end and he said "yeah and if it's not, I know where you live." Awful people that I am scared of now. They also scratched up my new floor with their dolly's, they banged up my walls, they killed off all my plants, this is truly the worst moving company. Another example, they were tired so they didn't bother to wrap my trash can, they literally shoved on top of a pile of stuff in their van and they scratched it all up. The going price for a simple human trash can is $140, about what they charge an hour. They're cheaper than the rest and for a reason! I found it out the hard way. I would like to start by saying I truly believe if you do not own a business for customer satisfaction then you should not have a business. I hired this company because they had a good rate compared to their competitors and it was a 2 day job, one day to pack my apartment and the second day to load my apartment. The reason I did this is because I am driving my own uhaul truck to the destination. Let me mention I got a 20 foot truck that normally moves a 2 bedroom home and a 3 bedroom apartment which the uhaul representative stated they have had no issues with customers moving their 2 bedroom homes with this size truck, I have a 2 bedroom apartment with a couch, and 2 beds, one bed is a bedroom set, a coffee table and a dining table, 2 tvs, and my toiletries and clothes, in addition a pation set that consist of 3 chairs and a table. The moving guys were great, it was 3 of them. Initially when they were moving my things I advised them that I believe my dining room table needs to be broken down along with a bookcase, and some other things I advised I think they should break down. He advised me it would be fine. I am not a mover and cannot tell anyone how to do their job but I can give my opinion, so I trusted what he was saying. They started at 1240pm and so around 440pm they told me they do not think everything will fit into the truck, so I advised them that I do not have the option to come back for anything because the destination I am moving to is 7 hours away. So they advised me to call "CASEAY* I did to advise her I do not have the option of coming back to my place so I will need to movers to make everything fit, she advised me she would talk to them. Mind you Caseay was the person who packed my apartment the day before. And when I came to the apartment the next day I saw their was a lot of furniture not broken down so I called her the same day the guys were loading 12/17/22 to ask why my furniture was not broken down she advised me packing crew does not break down furniture and the guys will break down all my things, which is why when they were not breaking down my furniture I was taken aback. So around 440pm when things were not fitting I knew exactly why. So they guys had to unload the truck break things down and RE-LOAD. IN the midst of this the guys accidentally packed my brother's wallet and bag that his identifying documents and money in it, so they also had to unload for these reason. So when it came time for the total, they charged me for the fact they had to unload and break down my things and re load the truck I'm like what? That's absurd it's not my fault you guys packed the truck wrong to begin with I advised you of my thoughts and I was Ignored. So I called "CASEAY the owner she advised me it's under the guys discretion if they want to break the furniture or not, it's my fault because I got a small truck that could not fit my apartment, and that because of me she was cursed out by another customer because the guys were still at my place doing the job. She also went on to advise me that she told the guys who were loading my truck to leave the job halfway done because I asked them if they can locate my brothers wallet, and I cost her money from another customer. So she told them screw the customer and leave her job as is and the movers said they were not going to do that to me, Caseay what gives you the right to treat a customer like this????? So I was not arguing with a person like this who owns a business and feels that charging me after your movers literally fully packed my truck and had to unload a great deal of things to break down in that hourly rate is justified. To add icing on the cake "CASEAY" is the one who answers the phone for MC MOVERS, and she so advised me that evening I'm talking in circles to not pay her company the money I owe them. This review is long overdue. I used them for a last minute move had called about 5 days before the scheduled move date. They were about 30 mins early which isn't always convenient especially when moving. 1. The price they gave me was higher than the rate when they arrived. 2. The total price changed 2x during the move. 3. The didn't wrap my furniture and I had beige color fabric chairs 4. They broke the outside light at the apartment and didn't even mention it to me. They just put the broken piece inside the apartment like nothing happened. 5. In the new place where they were off loading; one of them used something to prop the door and completely jammed it to the point where the door wouldn't close. We hired MC Movers to help us with our relocation. That was a MAJOR MISTAKE. We hired 4 guys and 2 trucks to make it a smooth process since it was a big move. I was assured by Casey that they would speak English. When they arrived, only 1 guy really spoke English. The others either no English or very little and they did not read it either. I had all boxes labeled with the room/location to be put. 2 of the guys were fast and efficient with loading the truck; however, the other 2 were slow and did not work well. When we arrived to our new location, it was a mess because they could not read (boxes and rooms were labeled) and I had to be at 2 places to direct them to the right rooms. Even then, they still put things in the wrong places. Then, even though I reminded them that items still needed moved upstairs, they left things outside and did not bring them in. After 12 hours, they still were not completely done and just started putting things where they wanted. When we started unpacking, I spent an entire day trying to find boxes and move things to the right locations. The more I unpack, the more I find damaged or broken. They ensured that I will NEVER hire them or recommend them, as they had no respect for my belongings. read more
