The family got 1/3 of their order. DoorDash has no way to contact the dasher or to call in to report the issues. Avoid this location. I did an online order for a curbside pick up. Let them know I was here and sat in my car for 10 minutes. Nobody came out to my car and I finally had to go inside the store. Waited in line and then when it was my turn the little girl wanted to sit there and talk to her friend that just walked in the door and ignored a customer. My order was just sitting there on the shelf for who knows how long. You need to hire teenagers that are more responsible. read more

What can you say...when all the other sandwich shops close at 9pm, you can always count on McAlister's to be open til 10pm. Tried their large grilled chicken spud and wife got cranberry turkey sandwich. Both came out hot and were huge. Staff was extremely friendly and well trained, the only sad part was that they had a lot of tables not cleaned (maybe too close to closing?). I have been a long time fan of McAlister's since my college days. Their ice tea is AMAZING! and their food is consistently decent here. My main complaints are the amount of food you get for the price. For 2 teas and 2 entrees you're looking at $20 or more, and the portions are not too big, so you feel a little cheated. Okay, so all that being said, you have to try the tortilla soup! This place does a good job on the soup, but be warned it may be spicy. If you're sensitive to spicy, don't order it, but if you want a tasty soup to warm you up, go for it! Sandwich-wise, I really like their new "orange cranberry club" sandwich. Basically it's a club sandwich, cut 4 ways and they use a sweet and delicious orange cranberry spread instead of mayo or mustard. Their iced tea is a must when you eat here. I like to order mine half and half, so it's half sweet and half unsweet tea. It's a nice balance, and you can really taste the richly brewed flavors of the tea. read more

When someone mentions sweet tea, I now crave McCalister's sweet tea. I might just have to say...it is the best sweet tea I've ever had! I frequent here for mainly that reason alone. Although every time I have eaten here it has been delicious! You can't go wrong with their classic club sandwich, that is probably my favorite food item. However, the chicken noodle soup is pretty tasty! Oh, and good luck not being tempted by the cookies at the counter as big a your face!! Normally enjoy going to McAlisters but did had terrible customer service at this location. When I went to get my to go order, only part of my order was ready for pick up. My cookies were not ready to pick up and was given a bit of attitude by the employee when I asked about them. I was told that I need to grab them myself if they are in my to go bag. Also, ordered 3 SWEET teas. 2 of the 3 teas that I received were UNSWEET. Had a very unpleasant customer experience. read more

Fantastic place for a good cheep lunch for a group. Fantastic for bringing your kids too. Great sandwiches, salad and more. My favorite is the Smoky Turkey Pepperjack with a baked potato and a large tea. I have seen many people show up as a group from work or a meeting. As for kids, it is fantastic. We have four kids, and can eat for all six of us for less than 30 bucks. Kids meals are 99 cents (drink not included). While they are nothing super fancy, such as a PB&J with a side or nacho cheese and chips, it works great because that is what most kids want. Very disappointed about new changes. I am a creature of habit when it comes to what I eat at certain places. The meal I eat McAlister's is a Big Nasty with either Mashed Potatoes or a chef salad with Italian dressing. I asked for the Big Nasty only to be told that it was removed from the menu. I then asked for the French dip with mashed potatoes only to be told that they took mashed potatoes off the menu. Now I am irritated and needed to apologize to the girl taking our order. I asked for the chefs salad with Italian dressing, as my side,only to be told that they have taken Italian dressing off the menu. What the heck??? The meal that I settled for was very disappointing. I had to smash the French dip to fit it into the bowl and the Mac and cheese was barely Luke warm. Because I was so irritated about the previous, we just left without speaking to anyone. read more

Love love love this place! They have all types of different American style food here. They have huge loaded potatoes and huge sweet ice teas. I love getting theiced teas when I go to the midwest. They also have really good vegetarian chili for the non meat eaters. Their portions are huge and you won't leave feeling hungry. read more

I normally like McAlister's but I went there tonight and after 10 minutes of sitting in line watching the manager on register just chatting with her 2 friends and not helping anyone I just decided to leave since I had no idea when I would get helped. I normally wouldn't complain about something like a wait but she was the only one at the register and it took her so long just to get her friends water. Today we went to this location for lunch, ordering two half muffulettas. What was delivered to us was one half that had most of the contents in it and a second that had less than half the contents of the other. The difference between the two was striking. Upon bringing this to the attention of a manager, the remedy was to put some cheese on the pitiful one and send it back out. I never have been impressed with this location, and this has sealed the deal........I will NEVER set foot in this Mcallisters location again! I had the savanna chopped salad and a cup of the squash soup. It was very tasty and fresh. The salad I had wonderful sweet cranberries and roasted chicken. Autumn squash soup had a hint of nutmeg or cinnamon with caramelized nuts. The waitstaff was friendly and the place is clean. read more
