Broken Arrow McAlisters went today for Mothers Day lunch..we've always had good food/ service in the past. Today was different..we waited 28 minutes to get a sandwich/ potato salad and a salad/ baked potato..that was only after finally asking an employee about our food. They forgot our sauces had to go back to get that. My baked potato wasn't hot and cheese was real thick and gummy. Very disappointed today on waiting this long after seeing multiple people being brought their food that came in after us & the way our food plate was when brought. They need to make sure people order is not forgotten. Especially coming in on a special day. Just so they know to watch for that. read more

It had been awhile for me but I was craving a club sandwich. I was able to order right away. I ordered to go. It was quick. Served me for 10 bucks. I got a sandwich and potato salad. Chose the pick 2 off the menu ordering the grilled chicken sandwich and potato soup. You should get half a sandwich and a half a soup. I was with another individual who ordered a pick 2 and also got a sandwich. When the sandwich was delivered to the table they were about 1/4 of a sandwich each. When I order a sandwich itself it's typically a decent size. They seem to screw you over with the sandwich when it comes to the pick 2. Sorry no pic available! read more

Really good deli- kind of a better/different version of penera bread. Loved the reuben. For a place like this it was excellent! Really enjoyed it. The sauerkraut was not to pungent- perfect flavor. My husband normally doesn't care for soup and salad type restaurants because he says he leaves hungry, but we've all had covid so soup and sandwiches just sounded good to me. He got the baked potato and I got the roast beef horseradish sandwich. We both got potato soup for our sides. Our son had the chicken club with fruit and then we ordered a king club to split for tomorrow's lunch or dinner. I don't know if it's because we didn't have to cook and we're so grateful for hearty food but we devoured it. Everything was so good. McCalister's has converted my husband to a fan now! Great deli in Broken Arrow, OK. I was traveling for business and needed something healthy to get once I arrived in town so I googled "healthy food near me" and this restaurant came up and was close by so I gave them a try. They offer hand-crafted sandwiches, fresh salads, spuds, and their Famous Sweet Tea. I ordered the "choose 2", a half of a French dip sandwich along with a southwestern salad. Both were very good. I also ordered the sweet tea which was really good as well. The food came out very fast. The restaurant is nice and clean. They are pretty big with plenty of seating. I liked the laid-back atmosphere of this restaurant. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend giving them a try if you're ever in the area. They have several locations within the Broken Arrow in Tulsa Oklahoma area. read more

Not made as advertised!!! Misleading Claim: "Our McAlisters Club is stacked high with 13 layers of flavors." I wish I took a photo to show how little you get between bread. Manager claimed 4 ounces of protein. That includes cheese, meat and whatever is a protein flavor but certainly not stacked high. read more

Door dash drove 15 minutes and the food was STILL Hot like it just came out of the kitchen. Everything was sealed up really nicely. My son said the tortilla soup we love tastes like nacho soup, and he's not wrong. We love it all! Def better than Jason's. read more

My first visit the Jalapeño Crunch sandwich was missing some chips like the photos on the website but it was definitely tasty! I especially like the jalapeño bread with the avocado! Since our walk-in order took about 25 minutes to fill, the cashier gave us two complimentary desserts! That was so thoughtful of her This first visit made me want to return. The second time I ate this food was when I ordered through the website. The quality was not there as the first in-person visit. The Jalapeño Crunch sandwich only had one chunk of chicken, one slice of bacon, a few chips and was missing ALL of the other ingredients! The chips I ordered never arrived. The side of fruit is not the size advertised on the website. Instead you get 6 pieces of fruit. It ended up being a complete rip off for almost $40! I am happy to report that the restaurant refunded my money through the website since I signed up for an account. I changed my one star to three stars because of that. If I could give this no stars I would. Very overpriced and every single item we ordered except for the tea was disgusting. The baked potato smelled like dirty feet when you opened the box and the toppings were just piled on in a glob of melted cheese. It was disgusting. Husband said potato soup was cold and flavorless and his sandwich the King Club was ok but they didn't put the condiments on it and it was soggy. The broccoli/cheese soup was disgusting it had an off flavor all the way around. Rueben was soggy and had maybe a teaspoon of sauerkraut on it. All around it was absolutely terrible. Not chucks of chicken as stated, was ground, and didn't cover all of croissant, enough to rest in center of bread. Didn't even notice pecans. The croissant itself was great; very flaky. We went to pick up some dessert Saturday night. It was late and not busy. We ordered two spoon cakes and a slice of carrot cake. When we got home there was only one spoon cake. Reminder to always check all boxes before you leave the store. My wife enjoyed the spoon cake and the carrot cake was ok - too many nuts for me. Their food is amazing! One suggestion I can make is when fulfilling DoorDash orders. It would be nice to have soup placed in a sturdy holder and for the food to have a seal on the bag so you know it hasn't been tampered with. I received a DoorDash order today and my soup was thrown in the bag loosely and was sideways and spilled out into the bag. The sandwhich containers were both open as well. The bag was tied, but there was no seal. So I don't know who's fault it was. I just think it would add extra food safety for customers. Again, this could be a DoorDash issue, but it wouldn't hurt to secure it better and have a seal. Otherwise, the food was good! I love the potato soup and club wrap! read more

I received a generous offer from McAlister's to dine here again with some meal vouchers. I assumed since we had those vouchers they would put extra effort into making everything perfect (portioning, presentation, execution, etc) but that was not the case. I'm honestly glad they don't do anything extra for people with these vouchers because I wanted to re-review this restaurant as a standard visit. I ordered the same sandwich as my husband, which was a grilled style sandwich. His came out with grill marks, and mine did not. The top piece of bread on my sandwich was much smaller than the bottom piece, and there was a slice of avocado instead of the guacamole in the description, but at least it was stuffed this time. Hubby's did not look so stuffed. I enjoy eating here, but my opinion still stands on the portioning. read more

It is only $0.99 for all of that! (I usually get two sandwiches because they are kinda small for me.) Also they have huge cookies that taste amazing! The food is fair, however, they charge you a fee every time you order from their app as well as mandate you pay a gratuity, even for an in store pick up. They need to have a 'No Tip' option when picking up. Ive never noticed this mandated tip in the store the last few times I was there. Who charges a service fee to their customer every time they order online? I work in an industry where tips are appreciated, but certainly not mandated, and I'm a very generous tipper by the way, so I'm not cheap, just miffed at the hidden surcharges for the app and mandatory tipping. To top it all off, they failed to include plastic ware for soup and salads. So much for the service they required a tip for. This McAlister's has great customer service. My hubby, Bill, is a bit of a picky eater. He only likes grilled chicken wraps! Well, he might like a few things more than that, but that is definitely one of his all-time standards. So, today, we went to McAlisters. He didn't see anything on the menu he wanted. The only chicken wrap they had was a chicken caesar. So, I asked if they could leave off the caesar, add tomatoes and lettuce and cheese, and they did! My hubby was SO happy! I had the 1/2 Pot Roast baked potato and a cup of tomato bisque soup. Both were delicious, but the soup only cost me 100 calories! Awesome! I won't say how much the potato cost in calories, but it was worth it! Excellent! And the cookies! Oh my are they good. Not dietetic. :( BUT YUMMY! Great restaurant. Great service. Delicious food. We came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch expecting great things.....eh, they've been better. First glance, menu has changed alot. Didn't see as many sandwich selections and the desserts....GONE! WHY? bad,bad,bad. So after some tears, anger, and healing, we settled in to order. I got a staple I love from here, the Reuben. With it came potato salad, a pickle and their famous sweet tea. Tea always great, potato salad delicious, and the Reuben...a little soggy(not on the sauerkraut side), and bland in flavor. I had to ask for more dressing. My wife had a half n half. Half chicken salad, half panini. Panini great, chicken salad tasted at least to me..packaged. One so so trip is not going to ruin this for us. Love Mcalister's, HATE this location. The past 3 visits to this store have been a mess. Each time waiting 30 mins in the curbside pick up, but when we call as you are to do when you pull up, they say the order is done. Why does it take 30 minutes to bring it out then while you have no trouble with other customers who pull up?? EVERY TIME!!!! Ordered bread bowls that were wrapped in seran wrap and cut so you could pull out the center and add soup but in trying to do so they both were a bit dry and just broke in half so we cut it up and made toasted garlic bread out of them. I'm sure eating in house it would have been better! The salad was good too but had to remove slimy lettuce. Next time we'll try the sandwiches instead. **Note to self if your allergic to pork there is bacon in the potato soup. Avoid this location. I did an online order for a curbside pick up. Let them know I was here and sat in my car for 10 minutes. Nobody came out to my car and I finally had to go inside the store. Waited in line and then when it was my turn the little girl wanted to sit there and talk to her friend that just walked in the door and ignored a customer. My order was just sitting there on the shelf for who knows how long. You need to hire teenagers that are more responsible. read more
