The family only went here because my son got a free kids meal for getting good grades . I ordered to go so when we get home and my son pulls out his pizza it's cold. The cheese doesn't even look melted or like it was even cooked so I guess it's like Papa Murphy's there they give you a pizza and it is your job to take it home and cook it. My sandwich was room temperature. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be cold from adequate storage of meats or if it was a toasted sandwich that had cooled off some. So that had me questioning their food safety practices. And when we entered the location to place our order in person, the cashier was turned around talking to a coworker, and her other coworker was nudging her to maybe turn around and pay attention to the customer that was standing there waiting for her. She acted like it was no biggie that she was just chatting it up with her coworker and ignoring me. We were the only people waiting on our food there and it took 15 minutes for them to prepare it with adequate kitchen staff. This location is known for their poor customer service skills and lengthy times for food prep. There was a manager there that worked the first time we came, but I haven't seen him since. I stopped in here for something to eat. I got a wrap and ordered a croissant sandwich for my wife. I was happy with my wrap, but the croissant sandwich was squished and looked pretty sad. We ordered McAlister's last night for dinner and it was great! We ordered online and when we got there only had to wait a couple minutes. The employee working the counter was super friendly. The chicken gnocchi soup was hearty and delicious. They were out of crackers but that was ok because the soup was so filling. I also go the 1/2 chicken salad sandwich which was shown on a croissant but mine was on toast so that was a bit disappointing. It was ok. The interior of the shop was clean and tidy.
