Working in restaurants for several years myself, you work until you have reached the time for the hours of operation posted at the door. Yes, even a minute before closing. I have stayed to fulfill huge orders, and while slightly annoyed, I am clocked in and in uniform, and represent the company. If you are truly closed, you lock the doors and fully focus on cleaning up. I strongly recommend customers to start filming before interacting with employees in such possible situations, just in case someone chooses not to serve you so they can leave on time. Also, when did the sandwiches get so small? It was definitely subway bread, but it was only slightly bigger than a hotdog bun... very narrow/thin and probably 4.5-5" inches, not 6". Very small portion of meat. This was not a good value for the price. On the positive side... the dinning room was cleaner than my previous dozen visits, still dirty, but noticeably cleaner! Also, the gentlemen working all alone, was extremely friendly, which is hard to find anywhere. That was why I gave an extra star instead of just one. I just wanted to go somewhere I hadn't been in a while and see if they were any better than my last visits. They were ever so slightly better, but I don't think I will be back any time soon.

She was incredibly attentive and helpful, guiding us through the menu and explaining the dishes. Her recommendations were excellent. Honestly, while the food was great, I'll definitely be going back because of the service Miyah provided.
