And last but not least, the food was delicious! I ordered the Chicken please, chicken salad on Texas toast with a side of potato salad, tea and that wonderful brownie to finish the deal! My husband ordered the Buffalo Soldier, (it was packed with chicken) the pasta salad, which he ate every bite of before he even touched his wrap and of course that brownie Quality and quantity of food was well with the price!! When we walked in, it was fairly busy but the rush seemed to have passed--no line and most people already had their food. We chose to order to-go, but ended up waiting about 20 minutes. While waiting, another guest mentioned he had waited 45 minutes for his food. When we got home, I tried the PB&J (a recommendation from the owner on a past visit). It was okay, but I've liked other bagels more. My husband ordered the Nachos Maximus, (his usual) but unfortunately the sandwich was incorrect and came with an egg on top. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Everyone has off days, and we'll continue to support them. Keeping my 5-star rating because this place truly deserves it.

I have no complaints whatsoever, and it feels really great to be able to try out more shadow kitchens in the CSRA area. I look forward to trying more items on the menu at The Saucy Hen in the future.

The soup dumplings were fairly good, not a whole lot of broth inside and the wrapping was slightly chewier, but still hit the spot. The vermicelli came with a sauce to pour over the dish, the pork was fantastic, perfectly cooked, the noodles weren't too soft or too chewy, and the egg roll was fried to perfection. She refilled my drink 3-4 times and made sure everything was perfect for all of us. We had the sausage and the lean cut brisket with the sweet Bbq sauce and the mustard one. Delicious. The burger is next on our list to try. It's huge and hand made with brisket! I wish I got a pic of it before it got eaten at our table. The brisket good and tasted really good, the slice turkey was moist and flavorful. The tri-tip was served still mooooing, however they place it on the grill til there was just a little pink in the middle. The half slab was delicious.
