The sandwich was well priced considering the amount of meat I received. The bad: the restaurant was gross inside. Looks like Jon Taffer and his cleaning crew need to pay them a visit. They seemed to be sufficiently staffed, so I'm not sure why there were neglected dirty dish rags by the soda fountain....yuck. Also, the gentleman working the counter could use a customer service skills course or two. He didn't greet me, say "hi how are you", nothing. He just looked at me for a while, and then asked if I was ready to order. I overheard him tell one of his coworkers later that he was depressed. I get that but dang...don't take it out on me! And I believe two of the other workers were having a tiff of some sort, because I overheard that too. They were also super slooooooooowwwwww getting orders fulfilled. I'll probably be back, because the sandwich was good. I just hope they can get their cleaning schedule together, because that was kind of a turnoff.

They have breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and a large selection of bagels and cream cheeses to choose from. We tried the traditional (bacon egg and cheese) as well as the French toast sandwich (Persian roll, sausage egg and cheese). Both of these hit the spot and the breakfast need perfectly! We also got a selection of 6bagels to take home. They gave us a sticker with the reheating instructions which was perfect because turns out there is a way to reheat it. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's.
