The wife and I took advantage of our T-MOBILE Tuesday perk of 1 free entre. I got the New Yorker and the wife got the Club sandwich. Both were. Good. Freshly made. Customer service good even though they were being overwhelmed with tmobile customers. I will definitely go back and believe the New Yorker will be my go-to.. pastrami and cornbread with Swiss cheese on marble rye

Deli type counter service. Menu consists of the popular drink sandwiches and baked potato options along with a few side and soups. Friendly service. The sweet teas and lemonade is SUPER sweet.

I thought Mcalister's was gonna be another Jason's deli or a firehouse sub, but it's not glad I gave this place a chance. Being that this was the first time and will not be my last, they have some of the freshest sandwiches I had in a long time. I ordered the Ruben sandwich and it was probably the best Ruben I had in a long time, the corned beef was so juicy & the thousand island dressing was so creamy. The sandwich was on a toasted marble bread which I never had before and it paired so well. The wife ordered the the tuna salad on a croissant she said it was really fresh and the croissant was very soft and flaky. Pretty much we both gobbled it all up. For dessert we shared a brownie square, the brownie is so good so soft and not over powering with chocolate. If your a gluten free freak they do have a menu special to that. If your wondering where this place is it is in the new plaza where Kroger supermarket is off of 1960 it's right next to Comcast. By the way service was great and workers are friendly. Will definitely be back

The order was ready by the time I got there. When I walked in, I instantly realized I forgot they had a salad bar. Next time. The sandwich was delicious, bread was buttery and plenty of meat. I also added giardiniera, which gave the sandwich an amazing spicy kick. The pasta salad lacked flavor but was a good pair to the sandwich. The pumpkin cake was moist and yummy.

Whether I am dining in or having a catering order delivered, their food is consistently good. The menu has a wide variety of deli options. They also have a build- your-own salad bar. The deli sandwiches are good and the salad bar is fresh. They also have a variety of soups available. I'm rarely disappointed with an order from Jason's Deli. It's why I keep coming back. Customer Service: 5-stars. The vast majority of the time when I am ordering catering, I order online. They're online system is very user-friendly and easy to place catering orders. I often order from them for deliveries that range anywhere from 10 to 50 people. On occasion, I order on a very short notice (although I try my best not to do that to them), and they always come through with flying colors. When it comes to catering, their orders are typically always spot on accurate. As far as customer service goes when I visit this location and dine-in, the staff is always friendly, management is on top of things, and the place is clean. There's not much more you can ask for. Their history and consistency of customer service is an easy five stars rating. Bottom line-Good food and great customer service. Overall, I'd give them 4.5 stars but since 1/2 stars don't exist in the Yelp universe, I'll round up to 5-stars. Bon appétit, y'all.

I really want to love this Salata location because the food is consistently fresh and delicious,…read morebut there are two major things holding it back from being a regular go-to for me. First, for a modern dining space, it's disappointing that there is no Wi-Fi available for customers. In a world where many of us are looking for healthy alternatives to coffee shops to get some work or school tasks done while we eat, not having connectivity is a huge letdown. This environment has so much potential to be a great "dine and work" spot, but until they prioritize staying connected, it's just a quick "in and out" place. Second, the service flow could use some serious improvement. If you happen to get stuck behind someone placing a large family order, the line ends up going out the door. It seems like they need a better system or more staff during peak hours to handle those bigger orders without bottlenecking the entire experience for everyone else. I'll keep coming back for the salads, but I'd love to see this location evolve into a more business- and student-friendly environment!

No lines and everything was fresh and fully stocked. I ordered a wrap with pesto chicken and shrimp, a bowl of chicken tortilla soup and a chocolate chip cookie. We found the staff to be attentive and they did an overall great job of adding things to our salad bowl we asked for, even adding some more of an ingredient if it was something we really liked. My wife pretty much got a straight up vegetable salad with a big mix of ingredients. I opted for a more "healthy" one with the addition of kale and spinach, garbanzo beans, feta and at the end I paid the upcharge for half an avocado and a salmon fillet. We were quite satisfied, I kind of felt my salmon was a little overcooked and dry but they probably do that so it keep well and appeals to a larger group of customers as rare cooked fish is not always desired. While there, I used the restrooms which were clean and shiny. Overall we felt the entire restaurant was spotless and kept very clean. The only thing I would fault them on is that the surfaces of their tables show a lot of wear, probably from the metal bowls the salads are served in. They really need to upgrade all the tables with new ones in my opinion. For that and the dry salmon I give them 4 stars out of 5!

I don't know if it's just me, but it seems ordering take out these days are better than dining in. I was not impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo. It's shrimp tossed in a spicy marinara sauce with angel hair pasta. Basically marinara sauce with crushed red pepper. It was more like boiled shrimp tossed in marina sauce along with some of the undrained pasta water. I'd give it a 6/10 since the shrimp wasn't overcooked. The house salad was simple, just old soggy lettuce, grape tomatoes and red onions. The garlic knots were a bit on the dry side, which was fine for me since I shouldn't be eating too many carbs. We ordered bottled Michelob Ultras and they might as well been room temperature. The waiter came to our table and just said hello then awkward silence for what felt like several minutes. The service was 8/10 the waiter didn't give his name, but he did refill drinks without asking.

My wife, my son, and I were driving back from a trip to Livingston when my wife suggested Chicken Salad Chick. At first I thought, "Only chicken salad?" But she started listing the options- buffalo chicken salad, barbecue chicken salad, chicken salad with apples and grapes, plus pimento cheese. So, I figured it was worth a try. The restaurant has a trendy, down-home vibe, kind of like being at a cool aunt's house. The girl at the counter was great and very helpful with ordering, and I like fast-casual places that bring the food out to your table. I ordered a Dixie Chick chicken salad sandwich with macaroni and spicy pimento cheese. My wife got the Classic Carol on a croissant with broccoli soup and grape salad, and my son ordered the turkey club with macaroni and a side of buffalo chicken salad. The chicken salads were fresh and tasty. The Dixie Chick and the pimento cheese were my favorites. The macaroni was a bit of a letdown, not bad, just nothing special. The other standouts were the broccoli soup and the grape salad. The Classic Carol was good but a little plain for my taste. I also tried the red velvet cake, which was really good with excellent cream cheese frosting. Overall I'd recommend it, especially if you want something different from the usual fried chicken spots.
