Dropped by here for lunch while visiting family another nearby hospital. I got the club with a side of chili. It was cold in the hospital and I needed a warm up. The club was standard for McAlisters and the chili had a slight kick. Both were tasty and the staff working was really pleasant. They were focused on quick service and cleanliness. Expect to be have issues with your orders. While the food is good. It's honestly been over a year since they got my order correct.

Poor customer service and the food is barely mediocre. There were several rotten lettuce leaves in my salad and the portions we paid extra for, were pitiful. Staff is more interested in playing on their phones. read more

We've recently moved to the area, and I stopped by with my better half for a late lunch while out running errands. The deli is well lit, with a nice selection to choose from. There is ample seating indoors and outdoors, lots of parking, the restrooms were clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. I enjoyed The New Yorker which came with a side (we both chose the tomato and cucumber salad) and a pickle spear. I like how the slight tartness of the vinaigrette, balanced out the saltiness of the pastrami. I would order this again. My better half chose the French Dip, side salad and pickle. He really enjoyed the flavors... especially the jus! To wash it all down we ordered Lemonade Tea with peach. We're looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu... especially the Spuds read more

Service isn't great. Food is mediocre. Staff has a huge problem understanding the hours. Half of the time, the doors will be randomly locked during the middle of the day. I don't know if they are in there doing drugs or what. Subway is a MUCH better and safer alternative! read more

The worst service I've had in recent months. We ordered curbside, it was supposed to be ready at 35 after. At 40 after I called and got the sassiest girl on the phone who said "we have no orders ready so you'll have to wait" then hung up on me. At 48 after my husband went in to find out what was going on and they looked at him like he was a nuisance and he said it looked like the manager left two young girls alone to do whatever they wanted. The ordering experience was pretty good, and the cashier was very friendly. When the food came out my son's Mac and Cheese was cold and looked disgusting. My toddler wouldn't eat it. Instead he wanted my sandwich, which I ordered without tomatoes. When I got my sandwich I immediately knew that they had gotten my order wrong and just pulled the tomato off of the sandwich before they sent it out. The sandwich was sopping in tomato juice and seeds. It would've been edible if they wouldn't have been too lazy to just change ONE slice of bread. This is a wonderful place to stop off for a quick, delicious lunch. I appreciate the option of getting a sandwich made with gluten-free bread. Now I can eat out with family and friends without being resigned to salad. My usual is the New Yorker...corned beef and pastrami! Speaking of salad, though, the pecanberry salad is very good and very filling. And the tomato soup is one of my favorites. I have to add that the service is always top notch. I've always been a fan of McAlester's food. Friendly people, speedy service, and good food. The only complaint is that they forgot my delicious guacamole on my Southwest Turkey Melt. When they returned the sandwich, all it has was a small speck of guac on the edge and the tomatoes were soggy. Thankfully they hooked me up with a free side of the stuff. read more

Whenever I come here I order the muffuletta, It is a beautiful sandwich and the portions are GIGANTIC. Which I love, because I eat a lot. I've given my final chance with this place. I grew up around McAlister's and always enjoyed their food but this place is horrible! Really horrible! The service is beyond rude and the food would be better coming from the gas station deli isle. They can't even get a Chicken Cesar Salad correct. The people working there are rude on the phone and in person. This place just screams give me new management! Trust me when I say it's worth the drive to Panera or multiple other choices instead of waiting forever for your food, have them be rude to you when you get it and then it just not being good. read more

McAlisters was only open a couple of weeks when we went for a weekday lunch. Combination of fast food ordering and sit-down quality food was initially confusing but seems to work ok. Corned beef is typical supermarket quality, NOT a real kosher brisket as advertised but it was an ok sandwich if a bit pricey. Staff training and attitude need a lot of work. I was treated like a moron for asking if the girl with the funky hairdo understood my order...turns out she didn't and it was wrong. The McAlistairs I used to eat at was one of my favorite places to eat. So I decided to try this one out one day for lunch. I work at a dental office and myself and 2 co-workers ordered over the phone around 12:40pm. The man who took the order was extremely rude, almost hateful, and acted like I was bothering him. He got half the order wrong and when I corrected him he got very defensive. So we drive the 15 min to the restaurant to pick up order. There is NO record of the order being made so we have to order AGAIN and wait another 20 min. We finally got the food, which was a simple order of prepackaged salads and soups, and by the time we got back had to eat in 5 minutes. Literally the entire ordeal lasted over an hour. read more
