My service was outstanding. Brooks helped me and he was so kind and friendly. I had asked for my tomatoes, pickles and banana peppers to be put in a separate container so that my sandwiches would not get soggy for my drive home with our dinner. He did this task graciously. First time ever being compelled to write a review this is how peeved I was. Absolutely ridiculous. Subs are already expensive enough (which I'm okay with)... but I'm watching my Club Supreme being made and A) the bacon looks like it's been there since they opened 4 hrs ago, and B) the roast beef portion was so small it only covered about 80% of the roll (regular size).... so I asked for more roast beef and even paid the upcharge for extra meat thinking I'll actually receive a decent sized sandwich now. Well, out came 2 little slivers. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. I paid for xtra meat thinking I'm GETTING extra meat. As much as I dislike Subway, when you pay for extra meat there, you get an extra portion. So, after immediately feeling buyer's remorse over this ripoff, I complained to the checkout girl... to which she responded "Well it's bc of the thickness", w/o ever even seeing the sub... as the "thickness" was about the size of the paper receipt she handed me. $13 bucks for this little thing! I went into the Pinehurst Jersy Mike's to buy a sandwich on 4/8/24. As I approach the ordering area, a young girl came up and asked did I know what I waned to order. I told her yes, I would like the tuna wrap. She said with cheese. I said yes, with Provalone & American cheeses. She the said, it's $1.40 for extra cheese. I told her that money was not an object. I felt very offended buy her remark, of telling me the cost of extra cheese, especially when I was the one who made the request for 2 types of cheeses. Had I not been a woman of color, this would have not happen. Im sure she doesn't tell the good Ole golfers the cost of cheeses. Won't spend another $$ there!! Wife and I are a long time customer. I always ask for a turkey club and it's not on the menu. Regular club comes with ham. I always ask for extra bacon and never a problem. Tonight around 6pm on 6/18, I was told 1 slice of bacon is an upcharge and was said with an attitude. I paid the $1.15 upcharge and was not happy. You lost a customer and the people on this crew have attitude problems. You lost not only me as a customer but several. Firehouse is much better. read more

Not friendly at all. POOR customer service. Staff must hate working there. Food was good except my #9 was good but wished they put the bacon on it! I would NOT ho back to the Aberdeen shop unless they had all new staff. Expensive but honestly it means as much to me if the staff are even half-way friendly/courteous. read more

Having never tried a Jersey Mikes before, I was pleased with the quality of the food and service. First time I ordered a large number of subs to feed the movers who moved my sister here. All the sandwiches were fresh, perfect as ordered and ready when promised. Have returned a number of times and am very happy with the consistency and fact that they never pawn off day old breads like most other sandwich shops in the area. This shop has gone downhill fast since opening a couple of years ago. Dirty restaurant and discourteous staff. Often out of sweet tea and bacon for several sandwiches and salads. Excuse is always the same: shortages in labor and ingredients due to Covid. Don't waste your time and money. You can get a crappy meal with the wrong order at McDonalds for half the price! read more

We've been here multiple times and had issues with subs. When we escalated the issue to management, the second time we ordered food with issues, she was unprofessional and ended the conversation with "cool". When we asked to have the owner call us, we were informed he is a family man and would most likely not be calling us back since it was after 7pm. That's fine, but then why have a night time manager that can't appease customers with a simple mix up. To avoid this, we will no longer be returning to this location. read more
