Nothing personal, but this is a confused business model yielding low ROI for the customer in terms of portion and quality per price. If you have the time and want to pay this much for a sit down restaurant, go get full at literally any table service restaurant in town and avoid this place. But, if you like overpaying for tiny sandwiches that take forever to be served, then this is the spot for you. I just don't see how I could ever be compelled to return here. This makes no sense as a restaurant. It was good--but it was just a little sandwich snack that took well over an hour to walk in, sit down, order, receive, and then eat. Every time I go, there are between 5 and 8 produce types that need to be pulled, tossed to the pigs, and restocked with fresh inventory. They don't have a heavily discounted produce area, which almost all health food stores offer, allowing poorer shoppers to at least have the option of getting vegetables on a budget, they just leave the rotten, shriveled, moldy, damaged produce on the display at full price, until someone (me) tracks down the produce person and brings it to their attention. It's every time. Not just once. Every time. The produce people appear unconcerned, unmotivated, and un-empowered. In this economy, asking people to pay ridiculous prices for produce that should be in the compost bin is just not cool.
