McAlister's used to be 5-star for me at their old location across the parking lot. Due to the pandemic they moved to the old Fazoli's building to have a Drive-Thru, which is nice, but it's a lot less convenient on the inside. The service staff used to have an open area where they could easily see if you needed a refill or you could go up and wave somebody down, but now they're always in the back kitchen so you have to go through the line to the cashier again to get anything. The lobby is smaller and the registers are located in the middle of traffic, so if you have more than one or two people lined up nobody knows where to stand. It would be best if they could figure out a system to get people to queue up naturally so we're not lining up in the middle of aisleways. That said, the food is great, especially the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch--though I really miss the Big Nasty and the Chicken Cordon Blue (the pretzel bread was the best)--and their tea is addictive (though I do wish they'd bring back the green tea). I've known some of the staff here for years, and they're always very kind and helpful, and even ask me about how the family is doing if I come in alone. read more

They mess up my orders constantly by forgetting side orders or giving us the wrong sides. I've tried both carry out and dine in and on both instances something was always messed up with my orders. My girlfriend has experienced the same as well read more

Employees in the front are usually pleasant but if you're getting your meal to go, check your food before you leave. They have gotten my order wrong so many times I've lost count. Today I made the mistake of not checking it and got all the way back to work before I realized it was not even what I ordered at all. read more

When I'm in the mood for a sandwich, I think this place. Decent location in a strip shopping mall. Nice facilities.

First off my son has allergies and can't eat wheat at all. So most sandwich places are off limits but not here. They have gluten free bread that actually tastes and smells like real bread. My husband, who just got put on a diet by his doctor, was very pleased with his salad. He said he liked how they actually cut up all the vegetables. It was big enough and had enough protein in it that he didn't still feel hungry. My daughter got a club and she loved it. It was huge!! I got a salad as well. It had everything but the kitchen sink in it. I did think they were a little pricey and the floors were dirty. This location also had a real generic fast food vibe that threw me off. So I gave them 4 stars because the food was good. read more

Love all the fresh sandwiches and the huge salads! Not a fan of the coleslaw they put pepper in it and way too much.

This place is my daughter's favorite. The baked potatoes are terrific, I have been in a few times when they were out of potatoes, which was a disappointment. The sweet tea is good, close second to Bush's. I have been in a few times lately when the music was too loud to carry on a conversation and I asked them to turn it down some. The employee said they turned it down but it was debatable. The manager did come over and talk to me and apologize after I asked for a comment card to mail in. That is why it is not my favorite place to go anymore. We frequented there often until this issue came up. The people that work there have always been friendly and helpful. They also have a hot spicy soup that is just perfect on cold days. read more

Stopped here for the first time today (never been to any mcalisters) and it's honestly pretty good. It's not the best sandwich I ever had but it was tasty. And their mac and cheese is good too, but again, not the best I've ever had. Kinda like a Panera, but Panera is better. Still, Mcalisters club sand which is pretty good and definitely recommended. read more

My favorite lunch spot. Awesome food. The big nasty is my favorite and they have the best cheese cake! And the staff is very friendly.

I can't give this more than three stars. I went there for a "spud" - a baked potato, if you're not familiar - I didn't have any at home to make so I thought I'd go out. They didn't have any. At all. Extremely disappointing. Since I was already there, I went ahead and ordered; I got French Dip sandwich with steamed vegetables and a soda. I paid $10.33 for the entire order, which I find ridiculous, especially considering the quality of the food. The staff was very nice but not very knowledgeable. I ended up eating a really bad knock-off of a "french dip" served with a huge bowl of au jus, and a cup of tiny, unseasoned vegetables that were not "steamed", they were sauteed or blanched. Did I mention there was no seasoning? The sandwich had only enough meat for about half of the sandwich itself, and there was no sauce aside from the poor excuse for au jus. After that experience, if I get desperate for potatoes again I'll call first - and probably get it to-go. read more

This location is always busy at lunch. I placed an order online and they said about 5-10 minutes it would be ready. I went there to pick it up in 10 minutes and it was ready. But I was not able to pay. There was a line out the door to order and one to pay for pickup. They had one cash register closed and no one helping the cashiers make drinks. Needless to say it took about 25 minutes for me to just pay to pick up a to go order. This was happening to everyone. They messed up my order and left something off, but they were so busy I did not bother to have them get it for me. My sandwich only had meat on one half of it and it all started when I called in to order they were out of the sandwich I wanted to order. Not sure how you can run out of a sandwich or why you would. Avoid this location at lunch until they get better organized or hiring more staff. read more

I must say I am a big fan of this mcalisters, always very clean and the dmployees are always friendly. In my last trip i called in an order due to a rush and the girl taking my order was named Olivia, she was extremely polite and after she took my order she read the entire order back to me to ensure it was correct! Great place to grab grub!!! The one complaint I do have is that i miss the employee that used to work there, his name was aaron mueller and he was hands down the kindest hardest working employee i ever ran into at McAlisters. This was my first time visiting. I usually eat at Schlotzskys, but a friend of mine raves about the tea and the BLT-A that they have here, so I decided to stop in for lunch with her. The food is actually really good and the food comes out fast, and my friend was right, The tea is AMAZING. However, the cashiers faces could use some deliverance. None of them were smiling and when my friend was ordering, the girl cut her off, and told her to hold on while she was ordering. I guess she got behind while we were ordering something as simple as a BLT??? They don't introduce themselves, so I don't know any of their names, or welcome anyone, and they don't acknowledge you when you are speaking to them either. Then, a heavy set hispanic girl brought out my food and didn't have a smile, and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She had a nose piercing, that's the main thing i noticed when she brought me my food. I also had to ask for a refill, and the same girl who cut us off while ordering, was flat and rude when I asked her for it. She made me feel like i was interrupting her talking to people in the kitchen. She had a ring on every finger and long curly hair if that helps. I created a yelp account just to write this review...I went into McAlister's on Sunday evening to order some food. All in all, the food there is good (the Mcalister's club is to DIE FOR!!!), and the service is fast. I want to start out by saying that most of the staff I saw there that night were friendly and helpful... However, this is what happened when I went there last. There was a young lady up front all by herself when a small pop happened during my visit. she excused herself after she took my order and asked for some help (at least thats what I'm assuming). She did it somewhat timidly, but what happened next is what kept me from giving this place a full 5 stars. This young lady came up very abruptly and RUDELY said "I can help whoever's next" she seemed super annoyed and totally made me and the people behind me uncomfortable. I didn't ask for her name, but i think she was missing a tooth on her bottom row. she was also short and hispanic. The sweet young lady who was helping me seemed embarrassed and worked quickly at getting me my drinks. she became flushed and didn't seem very happy after that.This is not the first time I have seen rude service at this place. I can't seem to understand why people work in customer service, when they don't want to help people. read more
