I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small original sandwich with chips and drink. When I got home I saw I had received only HALF a sandwich with less meat and cheese than usual. Since I live 16 miles away I did not return to Schlotzsky's to exchange it for a full sandwich. I am VERY UNHAPPY with Schlotzsky's right now. I'm hoping we caught them on a bad night. It had been YEARS since we'd had Schlotzsky's! We were close by and decided to give it a try. Just a few things that stood out... Order was wrong, twice on the same order, and still were missing items when we sat down to eat at home. We ordered our food "to go", and noticed the bread was very dry. Granted it was after 8 pm (that's how it goes some evenings), but dry bread shouldn't be served. The taste was bland. We had 2 French Dip sandwiches and a ham & cheese. The pizza I had was a vegan pizza. It was ok. The young lady was nice but no smile or anything. She took awhile to come to the front to help me. I had never been inside so I didn't know where to go for online pick up. It was only 3 other customers sitting down eating so it was not busy at all. We made the mistake of ordering on line curb side on a Wednesday where there is a special buy one flat bread, get one free. We had completed order and it said ready in 20 min. My husband went to pick up and waits an entire HOUR and still no food. The guy he spoke with was rude, told us there is no way it would tell us it would be ready in 20 min. We paid for food we never got. This has been over 3 weeks now. At the time, they told us they would refund us our order plus comp $15. My husband has reached out several times and not only have we not received retribution but now they won't return his calls. read more

Schlotzsky's has always been one of my favorite sandwich places, but this location is always so wonderful! The restaurant is always clean and orderly. The staff is so kind, courteous, and fun! They strike up conversations with us and make us feel like family! My son is learning to order his own food and they were very patient and enthusiastic, saying things like "great choice!" And "nice manners!". A gentleman working the drive through even entertained our littlest and kept him from throwing a fit by waving and playing peek-a-boo with him. The pizza doesn't look like the picture at all it looks like it is on something other then bread. It seems like they just warmed up bread and put some sauce on it sprinkled some cheese and placed some pepperoni on top. And it tastes like bread and tomato sauce.
