Only way to pay was by writing a check unless I phoned the office which I never thought to do. But excellent quick and efficient work so I really can't complain.

They came and did a service on the boiler, which of course was running fine at that time, but then proceeded to go off again 2 days later. So the week before this record cold it really starts cutting out, so I called Lochinvar and their service branch gave me a few local names. By chance I called Russo first and they said they could be here the day after. Woke up to house @ 52 degrees that morning. Anthony showed up and assured me he would get it fixed, and proceeded to go through with me all the possible issues before replacing the fan unit that was most likely culprit. I recently decided to try replacing my very old sink disposal that was making a loud grinding noise. It was at least 30 years old so I wasn't surprised. The repair was surprisingly easy as I used the same brand to replace and the flange is the same after decades so I didn't need to do the hard work of interacting with the sink itself. When I pulled out the old unit, sure enough there was Ken's sticker on it from when he installed it for the prior owners of my home decades earlier! It was so old it didn't have an area code needed. Ken's team also told me about some repairs that could be safely deferred and done with the help of the local town when they did other repairs they are responsible for, which saved me about $1000. In early 2021 we did a major kitchen and laundry renovation on our current home, CRoy was the plumber who worked with our contractor and did all new plumbing ( a slab ranch - no basement). Both the owner and his assistant were prompt, professional and neat. October 2022 - bathroom renovations. Same excellent work (same assistant - always a good sign.) They will do what you request but will tell you what is best and what is necessary. (My husband requested some "just in case" additional piping for possible future remodeling that added cost.) We were delighted to pay a very reasonable bill for such excellent and timely work.
