I paid for a wash and by the time I was done it was not clean and it was not dried. I went and asked the cashier about this and the grumbling subcontinent manager came out without saying hello and just handed me a piece of paper saying this is only good for 24 hours. He gave me the most basic wash to take the car through their non-working wash system again. It was interesting to see that it was clearly printed on the document that the wash was good for 30 days. I'm really not clear on why the fellow had to lie about this. Overall, it was a strange experience. Oh... You wonder if taking the car through a second wash finally did the trick? I did put the car through the second wash and it came out not clean, not dried. A complete waste of time and a bit unfortunate I would say. This wash system only works if your car is slightly dusty at best. If you have even a little bit of dirt on the car, it will be completely unable to clean it. Final note: my car was not very dirty at all. I can't imagine what it would've been if the car had been fairly dirty with maybe road soil or mud on the sides. This thing would've done strictly nothing at all. Hopefully this is useful to somebody and maybe somebody from management will wake up and realize that they need to throw out this useless product and get something that really works. The rest of the gas station is great, they should get a manager who doesn't feel the need to lie about small things. In my experience, somebody who lies in small things will definitely lie about big things. Maybe it's a cultural thing.

TLDR: new car wash line could be better thought through and positioned. Also people fly…read moreinto/throughout the parking lot, try not to get hit. The line is still insanely long. Again being completely honest, the wash is still great but baked dirt doesn't exactly come off which is to be expected, the lines do get long. Some people also add to the line by going in with their already-clean cars which is just kind of funny because the wash is just that good. My update is because they came up with a new line-up system for those waiting for the car wash, but there's still a lot of cross-traffic being able to drive through this line, things can get a little dicey with this new line setup especially with huge buses and trucks coming through. Not sure how safe it is with cross traffic through the line, because you have to make sure no one's trying to fly through the gas station at you, even though parking lot speed limits do... y'know... exist? Also people accidentally cutting the line is very likely due to how the way things are currently set up. But there's a lot of unused space to make a better line and there's much potential in making the line much clearer to drivers. Also the directing signs for this new car wash line are very tiny for how close you have to get as a driver to see them. They're not the most obvious and I see the intention which is good. Bigger more obvious guidance blockers and signs would be best especially when small signs can look even smaller to drivers. Decent sized poster-boards with thick giant black readable text could probably help, or even reflectors or fun little lights along the blockers could be good. Even a sign that says "enter here, car wash line" would be good like a drive thru sign at a food place. Giving big obvious signs a try might help a lot, and also having better entrance directions. Also be careful at the exit/entrance closest to the stoplight because people plow into the gas station and basically have no regard for grasping the concept of "right of way" or your existence.

On my second visit, I was charged $15 instead of the advertised $10. Before paying the inflated fee, I asked twice for my car to be thoroughly dried. The cashier (the man who took my payment) said yes both times that my car would be fully dried. It was not. When I began drying it myself with my own microfiber towels, the workers, including the cashier, laughed at me and watched. Later, the cashier said that customers aren't allowed to dry their own cars, which would've been fine had they done what he said they would. Twice! When I reminded him that I had asked twice, been told both times that they would fully dry my car, paid the inflated fee, and the job still wasn't done, rather than apologizing or making it right, I was badgered to leave. To top it off, the cashier took photos of me and my vehicle without my consent. I don't leave negative reviews lightly. I was polite, I paid, and I clearly communicated. Save yourself the frustration and find a car wash worth your hard-earned money.
