Absolutely incredible pizza - right up there with Bennedito's as the best I've had in spokane. I've tried quite a few of their pies, my favorites are the pepperoni, alfredo, and Philly cheesesteak. Also phenomenal customer service: recently I was given a gift card for my birthday and unfortunately there was a mixup with the card and the card didn't take the money set up for it. Not only did they honor the gift card and issue a new one, the owner personally called to apologize for any inconvenience. I was truly impressed that he would take the time to do that. Very good people serving a great product, highly recommend them to anyone in the mood for pizza. read more

My wife and I LOVE the pizza at McClain's - the Chicken Bacon Ranch is our favorite. Also, the Buffalo Chicken Cheesy Bread is absolutely delicious! The restaurant is very clean and the service is fantastic. We'd eat here a lot if we lived up north. read more

Landed with a 3 instead of a 2 - have em the benefit of the doubt. The pizza we got was an 18 inch combo. Hawaiian and all meat pizza (forgot the name of it). The toppings fell from the crust which tasted undercooked. The pineapple on the Hawaiian might have been the worst I've had. This was my first try here. Mod is right around the corner, I'll probably go there and get more for way less $$$ read more

This guy was extremely unprofessional upon trying to verify employment for an employee, he held up her application by being so difficult. I told him upon calling that who I was, and asked if I could get his name, he refused.. The when I decided to provide him more info, he said oh ok, I will very employment for her, then when I gave him all details, part time when this person started and their position, he would only confirm she works there, he is rude, unprofessional.. I am the owner of a very professional establishment, and would never do business with this person.. And due to his not working with me, it held this person housing up. It's been awhile since I have been in there, but when I did, I had the most excellent 18 inch pizza with GOOD sausage. Not that dog food style sausage you find at Pizza hut. The sauce was unique as well. Not watery like Papa Johns, or oversalted like Pete's, it was just right. I don't mind paying a premium if I am going to get a premium product. If you want a cheap pizza then go to the 7-11 and have them nuke you one. read more

Really good food but weird atmosphere and unorganized service. Visited mid afternoon one day and the tv"s were on but no volume or music playing. Service was friendly but I got the feeling our waitress really didn't know what she was doing. Food was really good and pricing was good. Would eat there again. read more

The food is much better quality in general than any similar establishment. The red sauce is good, and they use real whole milk mozz. But the topping are not anything particular, just simple. I would rank it a 3 star for food, as I am snoody, but wouldn't want to turn anyone away because service and establishment are nice. read more

McClain's was busy on a Saturday night, but the Combo was worth the wait. Fabulous crust, fresh toppings. The 18" easily fed five adults. Lots of screens to watch the game, but a little too noisy for much talking. We'll go again, for sure. read more

Nice place with a wide selection. Gluten free pizza crust! The build-your-own pizza option was super for my picky kid. Plenty of salads, pasta, etc. for anyone not in the mood for pizza. The salads are decent size as well. Good service, nice waitress, clean place. Will go back! read more

People kept telling me that now that I live on the north side of Spokane...and since I'm a Whitworth alum and fan...I should try McClains Pizza. They were right. Employees shut down pizza oven at least a half hour before close. Total BS. If you want to close at 11:30 then put that as your hours. Driving 35 minutes for their pizza only to be told there isn't any is any is frustrating. read more

I was surprised it wasn't busy for a Saturday lunch hour. We were seated right away. Waitress was friendly and helpful. We ended up ordering a pepperoni, the Spicy Thai, and created one of our own. Pizzas came out pretty quickly and were good. Crust was good, thin, and crunchy. read more

McClain's has the best pizza with the freshest ingredients. They have about every possible specialty pizza combination and we've tried almost all of them. All are excellent but out favorite is the McClains Combo, Meat Coma or Rosyln. Their salads, pastas, wraps and sandwiches are excellent as well and the calzones are amazing. We love their huge selection of beer. The restaurant is comfortable, clean and they have a massive number of TVs which we love so we can watch multiple sporting events at once. McClains can get packed but even then the staff is friendly and offer great service! read more

Fantastic pizza. The Roslyn Pizza was so tasty. I would go here again in a heart bead. Basic ambiance, no flashy decor.

This is a prime example of how smaller pizza places squash the big chains! Their pizza was fantastic, and they have a Monday special so we got large pizzas for about the price of mediums. Everything from the dough to toppings was tasty and we'll made, and if you like buffalo chicken pizza I highly recommend getting it here. As expected, it's more expensive than the national rivals, but well worth the extra cost. I enjoyed leftovers for two days! read more

My wife and I read the review in the paper. So we called some friends of ours and decide to try the restaurant . We got there about 5:20 p.m. although the restaurant was darn near empty there was no where to sit. They had tables reserved some of them clear at 6:45. I guess there party's must be more important than gaining new customers or probably even old customers. We will never try this restaurant again and we will be sure and tell all our friends what happened to us. read more

Mmm... that was a tasty pie. I split the BBQ Chicken pizza with my brother, and there were no leftovers. It's a bit pricier than I'd like, but I"m cheap; it's no worse than similar establishments. Service was quick & friendly, although we were there after the lunch rush so we weren't much work for them. I don't know that I'll make the drive just to eat here (it's 25-30 minutes from where I live), but next time I'm in the area it will definitely be on my list of places worth eating again. read more

3/4/17 This place was amazing why we didn't stop sooner I will never know. Pizza sauce was amazing. Friends had calizone and the loved it. I had Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza it was great. Atmosphere was good place was clean. Bathrooms were clean also. Staff was great maybe a little understaffed but that's the way it is with min. wage and all. read more
