Pizza here is still very yummy. Crust is a little dry. Good amount of toppings and good flavor. Place is fun and has a big plant wall. You can order a slice or a whole pizza. Prices were a bit high. Service wasn't the best but I've been here enough times to know it's generally great. I love coming here.

    House salad with chicken, caprese

Went for lunch - got seated immediately and the waitress was very attentive. The service was also very quick - got slices, caprese and house salads. I would beg to say this felt "light" - like the meal didn't feel heavy after eating which was nice. I would say fair amount of seating inside and outside on patio. Cute area within Kendall yards. Nice casual spot.

We always stop by for a slice of pizza when we passed through Spokane anything that's on display is reheated in the fire stove lobby is small with a small bench that fits about four people. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They do have sit down options inside and outside, they also have menu for selections. Next time we come through. We are definitely sitting down and enjoying the view.

Will forever be my favorite restaurant!! I worked here all of high school and I still come back to eat every time I'm in town! The menu has changed over the years but everything you get is always amazing. I built my own pizza this go around with prosciutto, Kalamata olives, and red peppers! My mom got her favorite soup the tomato basil! She waits all year for it to come back in the snow! Best pizza in town, I will never change my mind !

    Prosciutto Arugula

I absolutely love the pizza from this spot, the prosciutto arugula is my favorite. However the only feedback I have is that the employees frequently seem untrained or unsupervised when I dine here. The lobby area needs some dusting and cleaning and last week my Gorgonzola Salad I got to go was made with blue cheese and had no Gorgonzola, indicating that the employees are not entirely trained on what their products were or how to make them. That was after my salad was not ready with my order despite coming 15 minutes after I said I would be picking up. I was also slightly disappointed when they texted me asking for feedback, but only the link for "loved it!" Worked and the link for feedback would never load despite trying multiple times. The pizza is so good but I think management could be heavily improved and training for employees could be better !

    Balsamic vinaigrette with Brussel sprouts

This pizza was amazing-balls! We ordered a goat cheese with figs and it was absolutely divine. The combination of the figs and the goat cheese was so scrumptious. Definitely recommend! We also had the balsamic vinaigrette and Brussels sprouts. I had never had Brussel sprouts on pizza before but it was phenomenal! Sweet and salty combination that is not to be missed! I'll never look at pizza the same way after trying these two unique combinations! Service was fast during a busy dinner time (30 minute for both pizzas) and we got them to go. I am unsure of the ambience since my friend picked up the pizza and brought them to us but what I do know is they are along the river so the views are nice! I would unequivocally recommend!!

    Pepe Sal Slice

This was one of my favorite stops in Spokane! We were taking a walk and came across this gem. We had the cáprese and small Caesar salad and a slice of the Pepe Sal pizza. Both were sooo good! If you want a great pizza with a thin crust and great flavor this is your place. We sat outside on the patio which was lovely looking over the Centennial trail. So fun!

    Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza

So, so good! If you like wood-fired thin crust pizza with such quality ingredients, this is your place. We ordered pepperoni and mushroom this time and bacon and Brussel sprouts last time. Be sure to get the Caesar salad with fresh, homemade dressing. I was bragging about it to our friends who live in Liberty Lake and found out they go to the location there all the time! And, both times I ordered takeout the staff greeted me at the door and directed me to the register to check out right away. Excellent service. #EagleProud

Slice of pepperoni pizza with bacon
    Chris C.

Really great pizza by the slice! We unfortunately visited on a rainy day but I imagine the patio dining would be wonderful with a view of the river when it's clearer. We got a few slices of pepperoni (with bacon) and cheese pizza with pineapple. The pizza was really good, toppings were good and the pizza crust was light and crispy! Service was awesome as well, the wait staff was very friendly and hand-on! Definitely have to come visit again when the weather is nicer!

We were walking around Kendall Yards and decided checl this place out. When we walked in we were instantly greeted and we decided to order a slice to go. I got the mushroom and sausage and my husband ordered the pepperoni. Both were delicious. The crust was crispy had a great chew and the sauce was sweet and thick. The mushrooms and sausage is such a great combination and my husband loved the pepperoni. All the pizzas are behind the glass, you select which one you want and they freshly heated up in the oven. What a great lunch. In the warmer months I bet this place is wonderful. They have seating in the lobby and on the patio overlooking the river.

A bit cold for the patio, but still a nice view

This place is fine, just fine. The service is ok. The pizza is ok. Happy hour is ok. Ambiance is ok. Now in the summer when the patio is open, I bet this place is much more fun. Would it be 5 stars? But, in the winter there isn't much to draw one unless you happen to be in Kendall Yards.

Best pizza in town! And the great thing is that you can order by the slices (2 slices/quarter pizza) and try more types! Will go back soon!

Ask the Community - Versalia Pizza Kendall Yards

Do you serve pizza by the slice for to go order?

Hi Eva! We do do slices for takeout orders but not for delivery. This is because we change the available slices throughout the day/week and it’s impossible to keep the apps up to date.

Honestly, Wooden City really lives up to its hype. It's an upscale spot right in downtown Spokane,…read morebut still feels warm and lively instead of overly formal. Definitely one of the best-quality restaurants in the city, where every dish was thoughtfully made and packed with flavor. What we ordered: Starters: - Spring Salad: Super fresh and well-balanced. The snap peas were crisp, with strawberries added for sweetness, and the goat cheese + pistachios gave it a creamy, nutty contrast. The lemon & tarragon vinaigrette tied everything together with a light, herby flavor. - Jerk Cauliflower: Crunchy cauliflower with Caribbean spices with a creamy jerk sauce, good as a side Appetizers: - Peel 'n' Eat Shrimp: Really juicy and spicy from the Cajun spice. There's butter to dip in but I found it too greasy and prefer lemon instead. - Blistered Hungarian Peppers: Smoky pepper with some sweetness and savory from the sausage and cheddar. Served with a toasted focaccia that soak up all the sauce. Main dishes: - Chicken Schnitzel: One of the must-orders. Crispy, golden breading, super tender inside. The lemon & caper butter sauce added acidity and richness that elevated the whole dish. Yoy have to order extra because it's never enough for the table. Yes, it's that good. - Marbled Duroc Pork Chop: Another favorite . Juicy and tender, with 'nduja salsa brava bringing a spicy depth, while lemon tahini and marcona almonds added creaminess and crunch. I always missed tasting this dish like my first time - Beet Ravioli: Earthy and slightly sweet flavor, nice texture but I hate goat cheese so I'm not really a fan of this dish - Pesto Bacon Pizza: Delicious crunch, loved the combo of mozzarella and gorgonzola, kind of creamy with a bit of funk. Balsamic do help balance and gave it a sweet tangy flavor, or else it would be too heavy for me (yes, not a pizza fan) Drinks & Dessert - Not Mai Tai mocktail: very aesthetically looking drink, but a bit too sweet to my liking - Apple crisp: cozy and warm, with baked apple & pecan crumble and served with vanilla ice cream on top. Delicious ice cream. - Pumpkin cheesecake: My 3rd favorite of the night, I still dream about it!! Rich, smooth, and perfectly spiced, you shouldn't skip this!!! That said, I do have to take away a couple points for timing. Our foods took 45 mins to come out even though I had reservations and note the menu items via the email, and the wait time between each dish was also... very confusing. It broke the flow of our meal. But once the food hit the table, it was hard to stay mad, so I forgave them.

I feel like I just went to a dress rehearsal about a play about a group of friends who got together…read moreand said "How about we open a restaurant? That would be fun!" Tonight was just so strange. First, I had no idea who was an employee. There were two girls that were going around together over and over, they kept stopping at tables so I think they worked there...but they never had anything in their hands. Our server seemed to keep forgetting we were there. Or just forgetting she was employed in general. Seriously just not with it. She was very nice...when she remembered we were there. I will say the pizza crust tasted amazing. So many places that serve pizza think of the crust as just something to put toppings on, but this had great flavor. Sadly, it was rolled too thin and said toppings made it somewhat soggy. Caesar salad was ok. Romaine was really fresh and crisp and the homemade croutons were still a little warm. Very good. However, the dressing was rather bland. And when I asked for pepper for it, our waitress first had it in her head that I expected some kind of peppers on my salad. When she finally understood I meant black pepper, she went away. Eventually she returned. Not with a pepper grinder or a shaker, but a sauce bowl that had about 3 tablespoons of black pepper in it. I wouldn't use that much pepper if I cooked for myself for a week and used it with every dish. Had to ask for knives for some of people's meals. I will say the spicy lamb rigatoni was amazing, pasta just right and the sauce and flavor was peak. I am just not sure what to say, other than this was the strangest and most disorganized dining experience I have ever had. I think if a grown up showed up and brought the kids into line, this place would be amazing. Also, for what we paid, I expected to be wowed, not left wondering what I just experienced.

The atmosphere is really fun, there's things to keep the kids busy, TVs to keep the adult entertained, and just overall a fun environment. The service was fantastic. All the ladies that helped us out were amazing, referred to us by name which was a nice change. It was really great. We didn't wait too long for our food. It arrived fresh and hot and was delicious. We got fries, my daughter got a pepperoni bar pie (perfect for little eaters!!! And so cheap!!), our friends got the Honolulu hot Hawaiian pizza, we got Parmesan garlic wings, and the buffalo wings. Everything was so good. Their wings are the best wings in town, hands-down. And that pizza oh my God, I wish I had some more right now. We will definitely be going back.

The restaurant had a salad bar, large tables for big parties and a spacious dining area. There was a dedicated bar area, no minors allowed. There were lots of TVs playing sports, definitely a restaurant for any crowd. We ordered a large white pie and pepperoni pizza. The large pizza had 8 slices. My husband ordered a mug of blue moon. It took about half an hour to get the white pizza. We were almost done with the pizza, still waiting for the other one. My husband couldn't flag the server down for another blue moon for about 20 minutes. Another server got confused and tried to give another table our pepperoni pizza. The server took the pizza back to the kitchen and then came back to our table. It took almost an hour from arriving to get the second pizza. The white pie was overwhelmingly oily, too much cheese. The pizza was soggy and droopy because the cheese. The oil was dripping down our hands. The pepperoni pizza was better, classic and less oily/cheesy. The service was lackluster. There were only 2 servers, which was shocking for Sunday lunchtime. I would come back but not during the same time. The bill was $85. I didn't feel like tipping 20% after the service, but I did because I've worked in a restaurant before. I found it distasteful that there was an option on the menu, "round of beers for the kitchen $5." I tipped 20% that goes to the entire staff. I googled if that's a common menu thing at bars, it's not.
