He got me in that afternoon! Got there, and they were so kind, and so helpful. Very thorough and professional. They worked with me in dropping off and picking up. Also explained in detail what needed to be done and why! Even pulled up a picture to show me what was being replaced because I had no idea what it was he was talking about. They even went out of their way to check the car for additional safety issues (without me having to ask) and noticed I needed to replace a master drive belt (pretty sure that's what it was called?) which I am beyond grateful for considering I do NOT want to get stuck on the side of the road.
