Please change the fry grease regularly. I ordered a large fry, and they looked horrible! Hard, cold, dry and burnt!! I asked for a fresher fry, and that one was just as worse! I threw them both in the trash when I got home. Wasted money! SMH!! read more

This is the most poorly managed "locally owned" business I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. You could bet your 401k that they will either get your order wrong, count your change back wrong, or keep you waiting for 20 plus minutes. Or all of the above !!! I told the lady today my receipt was just a blank piece of paper and she told me she knows, she just doesn't know how to change it. Literally, if you can't train employees you can't run a business. T every single time you try to give them another chance, they ruin it worse than they did the prior time. Until people just boycott this Pos franchise, ownership will not care. Even put this location in TikTok and there's literal TikTok's about how bad it is. Cancelled. Straight to jail. They just want to take your money and not train a single soul. read more

Service here is terrible. There is absolutely nobody at the front counter and if you catch somebody's attention, they're rude and they're not friendly employees are walking in and out of the store, cussing and dropping F bombs. I will NEVER be back read more

It feels more bare than inviting. There are only tables and chairs and a single couch, but the couch isn't facing the TV and there aren't any lounge chairs. If you're sitting on the couch trying to have a conversation with a friend, you basically have to turn sideways the whole time, which isn't comfortable at all. The layout just doesn't feel thought out for relaxing or hanging out. Overall, the atmosphere could definitely use some improvement to make it more comfortable and welcoming.
