So I ordered thru my door dash and received my food except when I received my order of the number 9 CHEESEBURGER meal, with medium fries and a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and large fries, and my CHEESE BURGERS came with NO CHEESE, and both of the fries were very soggy and js not fresh and tasted nasty, and I ordered extra onions on my number 9s and barely got any at all, the drinks, cookie tote, and double quarter pounder with cheese were good but the fries and the cheese burgers with no cheese were just sad and it definitely killed my mood but I still be going back cause I love McDonald's read more

New remodel.. so the inside is better! It was much needed and glad they did. It's small inside, but clean for now. Service was so-so but they do stay busy. Food was as expected, but nothing special. Iced coffees are good, but it depends on who is making it, per-usual for MCD, not consistent, which is my biggest disappointment, since that is what MCD is entirely based on nationwide. I will stop here, where I did not prior to the remodel, so it's better for sure! read more

If you want to eat in or let your kids burn off some energy DON'T go here. This restaurant was recently rebuilt. It has the smallest playground and no slide. It more of a jungle gym and super small. There was no ice in any of the drinks. They were warm. My hamburger was cold. There was something smeared on the outside of the buns. Dont know what it was. I'm sick and tired on this stores behavior on "I can't" do something. I come to the store at 3:59am to get a Big Mac. The drive through clerk waits 2 mins before saying something. Then tells me they can't serve anything out side breakfast items. Even 2 mins past 4 am. Bare in mind this has happened more than 5x at this location. On top of that. They can't take any credit cards around that same time. So you can only use cash. This is 2019 not 1999. This place need to get with the times. STAY AWAY! As of May 15th, 2019, TOO Hot! This McDonald's keeps the Air Conditioner set too high... inside dinning is 80 degrees in summer, then the owner turns off the AC at night. It's been like this for several years now. I feel bad for employees having to work in the high heat. You can see the sweat dripping off their faces! I left instead of waiting in line and ordering in the heat. TOO hot inside! I guess the owner or manager is trying to save a few pennies... The dinning room temperature should be at 69 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit day or night to account for heat in the kitchen and make it comfortable to eat. If the temperature can't be lowered to normal, then just shut the whole thing down. GOOD LUCK! read more

I rarely post, but today I went to McDonald's in Abilene texas Buffalo Gap location. I had placed an order on their mobile app, and when I got there the line was all the way around the building so I pulled up to the location for curbside put in my number and waited. They serviced all the vehicles in line and I still haven't received my food so I went in and at the counter there was a person in a red shirt and I asked if he was a manager he replied yes I asked about my order and very rudely. He said we're working on it and I replied it's been 15 minutes and I still don't have my food and he rudely replied again we're working on it. I went back to my vehicle and waited a few more minutes still no food so I left because I had an appointment at the hospital I had to be at, and they were gonna make me late. Their service and the interaction with a manager was terrible today. It appears they only want to service the drive up line so if you want anything from the restaurant better use the drive up line and I don't have any interaction with their manager. read more

Not just at the window, but then in the reserved parking space. 20 minutes for just two filet o' fish meals. I placed a mobile order for breakfast items at 10:11. Arrived before 10:30, and the kid at the counter said it would be just a few minutes. Over 15 minutes later I check with another employee at the counter about how long it's going to take, and she tells me that they won't make my order because it's after 10:30. I explain that I had already checked in and paid, and the woman said that because it hadn't popped up on their screen they wouldn't do it. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this McDonald's, but this is certainly the worst experience I've had with ANY fast food restaurant. The blatant refusal to even try to help me with a system error and lack of proper communication on their end, or even to offer substitutions or compromise, just shows how little the employees at this branch care about customer service. I worked at McDonald's myself for several years, and I know for a fact that if this had ever happened at my store, the manager would have done more than just toss out a bullshit explanation and refuse to help the customer. This location is just - for lack of better words - weird. I jave happened to eat here on 3 different occasions and always felt something was off. How can i get OLD fries when i just saw them being fried? How can you get a smoothie messed up both in size and flavor?
