Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Horrible and oh yea I don't guess they like air conditioning. Extremely hot inside.

My children always want McDonalds even if it is just going through the drive through. However, this location will no longer get my business. No only did it take an extremely long time (it normally does) but the woman working the window was very rude. We had forgot to order my daughters ranch dip so we asked for some. The woman very rudely told my husband that we would have to pay for it (which was fine - without attitude). While my husband got the money for her I checked the bags to make sure that we had received the Sweet and Sour sauce that we order and noticed that my sons happy meal did not have any. So I told the woman twice that we didn't get all of our s&s sauce. She completely ignored me slammed the window and even walked away from it to go talk with someone else. We waited at the window and when she came back with even more attitude, my husband explained about the missing sauce. She then proceeded to practically throw the sauce at my husband and dropped several on the ground. When we had finally driven away we realized that she never even gave us our drinks. We decided to go somewhere else to buy drinks instead of dealing with that woman again. I suggest you DO NOT give this store your business. read more

Trash McDonald's. On my visit they screwed up multiple items. I asked for extra salt on my fries and received fries with literally no salt. They are inedible. We had a hamburger with literally one pickle on it. The chicken nuggets were also over done. We asked for a boy toy and a girls toy and they gave us two girls toys so now my son gets to play with a pony instead of the car that he wanted. Is it that difficult for these uneducated buffoons to read a screen? Incredibly unhappy with the poor service. Reading the other reviews for this location leads me to believe that this is just how this location operates. It's remarkable that it's still open honestly. Additionally, they were not busy so there is literally no excuse for our order to be messed up in so many ways. read more

You get one free sauce for any number of meals (1-100...try splitting 1 bbq sauce for more than 2 people...) when I asked for another, the rude 'manager' rosha, got an attitude and said I had to pay. No problem paying, however it's inconsistent as I have never had to do it. I give her the money, she snatches it out of my hand. She then storms off mumbling along the way and returns throwing the sauce at me calling me a bi+ch and slamming the drive thru door. 0/10 would not return. read more

We ordered 8 breakfast biscuits; the 2 chicken were "forgotten". I called to let the manager know and agreed that I would return to get them. This manager made no effort to apologize, much less offer a hot hash brown to replace the cold one that was left behind when I went to retrieve my biscuits. Went through the drive through. It's Friday night, but it's kinda late, it wasn't busy. We did get some special orders, if you consider plain Double-Quarters w/cheese special; which you could at 10pm on a Friday...I guess. They pulled us into a reserved spot, which is really just a condescending way to tell you to pull forward and wait. They have 4 of these spots, so that tells you what their service expectations are. We waited in spot 2 for what seemed like forever, only to have them come out with an armful of bags that were not labeled at all. She asks us what our order was and then grabs two bags out of the pile that are hopefully ours. This McDonalds ranks up there with AAFES Burger Kings...if you know, you know. read more

How do you screw up a latte from a FULLY AUTOMATIC machine? I don't know, personally, but they managed to do it. I can't even begin to describe everything that was wrong, but needless to say, yech. They've been pushing this McCafe thing, and I have had "good enough" coffee at McD's, but not at this one. Awful. read more

If you are deciding which location to go to and can avoid this one... do it. If you must visit this location you must check your order if you go through the drive thru. If your order is wrong be prepared to be treated like you're trying to score something for free just to get the order you already paid for. Been here several times and people are rude. Try the McD's on 14th by HEB, its much better. read more

Food is okay. Fast food is what it is. However, just now in the drive thru I watched an iced coffee get made. Then the lady wiped the sides down with a wet, dirty rag. Ew!!!! read more

This McDonalds is my son's favorite. The food is good, but more importantly the playground is huge. The manager and staff are always efficient and nice. read more

This place is shitty. The customer service is ridiculous. I walked in and im a little on the heavy side and so i walk in a order my food, and the entire time the girl was giving me dirty looks, rolling her eyes, etc. so i walk away and go sit down, i got my food and asked for ketchup and the girl was like are you pregnant. They always get my order perfect!!! And the kids room is super clean, although we don't go in there. The staff is so sweet and they help you every time! It's nice to come here with the family! It's also close to the mall, so shop and then go get the kids some chicken nuggets afterwards! read more

Its an okay place. The play ground was okay too. Just the music and decorations in the playground room was needing to be updated really bad. The music they played was playing oldies really. Also they had pictures of the 90's Ronald lol very old school. I just think that the whole place needs to be remodeled! I will bringtgem here again cause they like the food. read more

I wish I got her name but the best I could do is today is Dec. 23, 2018 and we went through the drive thru around 1230pm. She had a very bad attitude. First, while we are checking to see if we got all our food she tells us to move on in a rude tone. When we say we didn't get our nuggets she says "it's in there" in a rude way. We continue to say it's not and she rudely says "give me your bag". She checks the bag and or receipt and gets our nuggets. Then she says "sorry I didn't put your bag together" in a rude way. So I wanted a Diet Coke because McDs always has a good mix. The drive-through line was around the building so I went inside. 6-8 people were waiting for their orders but since I was only getting a drink cup it was no problem. Or so I thought. After paying for my drink, the cashier said they'd call my number. "Can I just get the cup?" No, she said; they will call your number. 10 minutes later I have my drink cup. The service was horrible. Rude. Rude. Rude. And when I spoke to manager, she was rude too. Not concerned with employees actions. Just defended employee. I've sent complaint to corporate. Will see how that goes but not holding my breath. read more

By far the worst customer service ever. I went and ordered food and they made sure to charge me for extra Sauces, which I understand. I reminded them at the 2nd window. They still didn't put them in. I drove home and I called them and the manager refused to give me her name, said she was not going to argue with me about it because the guy said he did put them in the bag. Which he didn't! Then she said I'll give you your 70 cents back. It's not about the money, it's about paying attention G your job and having customer service. Manage man really needs improvement. Worst customer service ever. I bought $22 worth of food. I ask for Mac sauce 2X got home no sauce. Half full large fries which were cold and soggy. Went back to replace the fries after eating the part of the meal that was ok. Told it was over 30 minutes and then given 2 medium fries and ask for Mac sauce again. No Mac sauce and gave me medium fries when I paid for large. Basically accused me of trying to steal fries. You know that's a good scam buy fries take them home eat one and discover they taste nasty, then drive all the way back and wait in line to get fresh fries. Never will I ever go to this McDonald's again. When I called and asked to speak to the owner I was told there are better avenues. I tried those so if the owner is seeing this I left my name and number and informed your manager if I didn't hear from you by noon Friday I'll be calling corporate and if you don't think I will the number is 800-244-6227 read more

I hate to give such a low rating because they've always been fine at this location. We went the other day and waited almost 30 freakin minutes for a few items. Sorry, but I should have returned my order and gotten my food back. There's no reason a McDonalds should take 30 minutes! Get quicker staff, please. read more
